If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. It might have just been the employee today, but the way things went did not leave me with a good feeling to ever come back. I went in looking for a specific item for a gift for someone, they didn't have it but they did have two Sanrio mystery bags. One priced 4.24 and the other 27 and some change. I figured $31 for 10 Sanrio items? A steal and I'd heard great things about these bags. I got to the register, went through the whole phone number sign up process and was ready to pay to see it was $60 not the $31ish I was expecting to pay. She proceeded to tell me after my confusion about the price that she can't put in the price on the bag so she rung up everything for it's actual price and instead I'd get $30 worth of items. Who in their right mind would pay $60 to get $30 worth?..That is not a mystery bag. I explained that to her and she sort of just scoffed and was trying to push them onto me saying "So do you want them or not". I ended up leaving very sour, I didn't care about the price but I also heard her talking about me with the girls behind me when I left. The experience was awful. I have been in twice to pick up orders and purchase additional things. I can say the staff is friendly but kinda inexperienced. The products are nice and I would definitely purchase in store or pick up again.

It's a nice store of nothing but licensed shirts and other products. The prices seemed a little high to me, as t-shirts are $33. I may be back to buy my kids Christmas gifts. They like several of the products in the store so, I'll have to get them...
