If I could give 0 ⭐️‘s, I would. This place is beyond horrible!!! I wanted to support a black business and from pictures I saw online, I was impressed. I went the 1st time and had a great experience with Rich, second time I went to AK and she did a horrible job on my nails and I mean horrible. It took her 2hrs because she messed up and had to do them over but I had to leave because 2hrs is just plain ridiculous. Well I had to walk in the next day because my nails were trash and they needed to be cleaned up. A few months later a friend of mine went to her and she did a decent job so I said I’d give her another shot, big mistake. I showed her an inspiration photo and my nails looked absolutely nothing like it. She filed them and they were uneven like a balance beam uneven and neither nails matched the same length for both hands. I was disappointed because it was my birthday and I had other plans that day, 2 days later and my nails all started lifting and a few days later they were popping off. My goodness, just drive past. I walked in at 6:30pm on a Saturday after seeing that they close at 8pm. Upon entering I realized there was one nail tech. I asked if they were still taking people and she says “my nail techs literally just left, see there they are driving away” and nods towards the window. Now I usually try to be lenient with BOB but that answer is just undeniably ghetto. Why are the techs all leaving an hour and a half before closing? Where is the owner and/or manager? I sure hope it wasn’t the person who told me that. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they were more so an appointment based salon and neglected to mention it. Shortly after my assumption I read the overview that literally says “we take walk ins up until an hour before closing!”…....lol just...

I saw this place on google, my daughter and I wanted to support our black owned businesses, and we also wanted a great nail art tech, and the photos and reviews were bomb so we gave it a chance. We arrived at 11:05 am the opening time was 11:00 but they didn’t open until 12pm. Only 1 nail tech was there so we waited 12:40 another arrived. I asked her could she do what I showed her in a pic and she said yes. My nails looked horrible like my baby did them but I still paid $120 plus 10 tip although it wasn’t deserved.
