This is the absolute worst store within the menâs warehouse chain!!! A visit was made to to this store July 17th to create a profile for our upcoming wedding. This service was recommended by a friend and since the groomsmen do not all live in the same area we believed this would be a wonderful option.
July 17th the items were choose, the profile was created and the items for the Groom were ordered! Everything seemed to be going smoothly until It was September 14th and the Groom had still not received his items. The groomsmen ordered their items, had them altered, and items were picked up at the Buford, GA location and Fort Myers, FL!
Two months after the Groom had placed his order he had only one call made to him that his items were ready. A reminder call never happened to the groom or to the Bride within TWO MONTHS!
Secondly, a 3rd Groomsmen visited the same store on the 14th of September for a fitting. The store was advised, during the initial visit in July, of a possible 3rd groomsmen and that they would be big and tall.
The store failed to place this information on the account and went in circles for AN HOUR before they started the fitting. Not only was this a waste of time, but they continued to cause trouble with the items ordered.
I donât understand how a store that caters to MEN donât have multiple styles that would match both âslimâ and âbig and tallâ Thirdly, they had one, yes ONE option for an off white shirt. Not only in the store but through the entire company ordering there is ONE option!!
Fourth, a call was given to the 3rd groomsmen when his suit arrived at the store. He proceeded to go to the store per the call, to only be told that the suit only arrived and wasnât ready for pick up! Who calls a customer and tell them that something has arrived yet not clarify that it has not be altered to date??to not tell someone that itâs here but not ready??
The 3rd groomsmen visited the store on the 4th of October to see if his suit was ready, a phone call was never made and when he arrived he was told he only had two pieces to pick up. He corrected them and advised that he also had a vest. Three associates denied that a vest was ordered until it was finally found under a different name in the system!
Once that was figured out, he asked if he could try on the items. The associates questioned and as to why he wanted to! He replied to this response with âbecause these items just came in and I havenât tried them on.â After trying on the suit, the length of the pants are way to long. However, at this point, trust can not be placed on this store to do any more than they already have.
Fifth, the Groom, on October 5th, two weeks before his wedding mind you, has not received a follow up call that his suit was ready for pick up. TWO weeks before the wedding and still not complete!
A call was made, by the bride to be, to the store to ask what the status was, after answering âAre you sure it isnât a rental?â âAre you sure it was this store?â and a few other unneeded questions, She was placed on hold without any confirmation from the associate! To our luck, the suit jacket was found and we were told it was ready and the phone call was ended.
In conclusion, I have been planning a wedding for months, dealt with multiple companies with different items and this is the only company who has failed in all aspects of the process for multiple people. I do not recommend this store and possibly the company as a whole for this...

Renting a suit for my wedding, I arrive to try on, and none of the colors of black are the same shade, the vest is made of cheap material, is loose saggy, the buttons are about to fall off and the holes are wide open and has trouble keeping the vest closed. When I express this to the employee, he replied itâs a rental. He also told me he was unable to return it. I waited for the assistant manager, who was the gentleman who did my fitting and ordered my suit and he was very helpful. He tried to give me a refund, however, the Menâs Wearhouse system would not accept my return saying that it was using a different card number even though I had the exact receipt showing the card number. The assistant manager was then on a hold with corporate for almost 30 minutes while I waited for them to say that it was because I use my phone to tap and it was through Apple Pay, which changed the card number⊠This is an inaccuracy and not how Apple Pay works. It clearly shows on my bank statement the card that I used to have the money come out of my account. They do not have cash in their register to provide a refund, and the only option for me is to wait a week for corporate to send me a check. As far as Iâm concerned, the assistant store manager in that store is the only employee worth a damn. I suggest better training for your store. Employees to understand how important someoneâs wedding is, and an updated system that allows returns the same way that purchases are made. An absolute horrible experience a week...
   Read moreHorrible experience for my fiancé and I. We were slowly greeted upon our arrival after seeing how both men looked at us. It seemed like a game of "tag, you're it" for who was to help us. The gentleman who helped seem uninterested. Didn't ask questions or even helped to see if my fiance was interested on tryinf on different styles to see what he liked. He immediately shared about rental and that was it to us. There was no excitement, lack of talking and mumbling taking place that made it difficult to hear the older short guy. After finding a suit that we liked, instead of walking with us over to see, he walks away to help another customer for a long period of time. When he did return he just took the info and printed out some information for us to share with groomsmen. Didnt ask if we had any questions or to see how things were going ao far. My fiancé wanted to browse around as this was his first time looking and no one assisted. The 2nd gentleman who helped was more engaged and talking with the coworker about leaving and heading home early than he was with us when inputting information in the system. It felt very dry and we couldn't wait to get out. Worst experience ever and I'm sad my fiancé had to experience this. Why would we want to spend money here when it seems the staff already thought less of us when we walked in and their actions all showed it!Won't be back!
