My wife bought some new ski boots last year from a shop back home and complained from day 1 that they were causing a lot of pain making it hard to ski. We figured they were just getting broken in. A year later we came to Aspen and day 1 she was in so much pain she couldn't ski. We stopped in and Kyle measured her feet and the boots she had, pointed out the boots she had been sold were too big for her and causing the pain she was experiencing. He hooked us up with new boots properly fitted and we got back out on the mountains. Perfect fit, wife is happy and comfortable again, saved us from a ruined trip. Read moreUnfortunately, I’m spending time breaking in new boots on this trip and had to limp into Four Mountain Sports in pain. The first visit, Jason, was able to get me perfectly fit in a new insole which helped with my first issue. We agreed that I’d ski some more to see if I needed a heel lift too or if the insole would take care of my issues. After another day of skiing, my calves were still crying out, so another visit was I order. The assistant manager (sorry I forgot your name!) found just the right height on the lift and I was finally able to enjoy skiing the rest of the day....
Read moreRented a set ski equipment and asked for the Premium Package which I paid for. Upon return I was informed rather rudely that “I paid for the basic package and now owed them more money for the premium package”. My buddy got the premium package and we had the same price but he was not hit up for additional money. I went inside and disputed it with the cashier and she only argued with me. It’s only $12.00 so it’s not about the money. They were just terribly unfriendly and the customer service was horrible at the end. I’ll go somewhere else...
