Janny's Beach House — Local services in South Haven

If I could give it ZERO stars, I truly would. I've been a customer for many years and today was the last time. It took a good 5 minutes to be greeted and another 5 for her to ask me if I needed help....there were 3 other ladies in there that she recognized. I told her that I was looking for something to wear to a funeral and she asked "was it someone local" and when I said no, that was the end of the conversation...no empathy, no sorry, no nothing. I needed different sizes in the dressing room, but she was too busy chatting up friends. I mentioned that I was going to be a pall bearer and she said "that's strange, women are NEVER pall bearers"....Poor old gal, she's stuck back in the '50's. Not a good human either. Frankly didn't care. I don't like the quality of clothes anymore....sionara! Don't expect to wear a ball cap and jeans in here...you'll...

Happened into this store the past week and not only did they have the most adorable Fall collections of Habitat (of which I bought several pieces) but the sales associates were so helpful and new the products well! Amy went out of her way to bring me pieces and help me find some items for an upcoming cruise. Not only did she deliver service with a smile, but I don’t think I’ve ever laughed as much while shopping! As much attention as she gave me she still seemed to be able to make other shoppers feel like they were included in the fun!! There was another older lady with shoulder length blonde hair that was just as friendly and helpful, I just wish I would have gotten her name!! I would definitely recommend Jannys Beach House as a must see when in south Haven!! You won’t leave empty handed! Well...

🙋‍♀️ 20+ years ago when I was in South Haven on quite a regular basis, Janey's Beach House became My Very Favorite Boutique to find "a special little something" to wear and feel My Best in. Unfortunately, I havent had the privilege of shopping there for maybe 3-4 years. But today as I was retrieveing my Spring & Summer clothes from storage, I am reminded that I Still have several items that remain favorites. I care for my clothes well, but Janey's choice of BRANDS are of GREAT QUALITY & design....... THAT truly makes a difference when you have a budget and you simply launder your clothes.🤷‍♀️ In the next few weeks I'm finally able to go back to South Haven and I am..... Oh So Excited to once again see Janey's choices for Spring, as I did for so many past years !! Blessings to...
