I do love Zagg and their products, Iâve been a customer of theirs for a long time which is why I was so disappointed.
I went into Zagg at the district to get my screen protector replaced on my phone. When I went into the store I was standing at the counter to talk to someone but the two employees just continued their conversation despite me obviously trying to get someone to help me. When I finally got their attention they were obnoxiously slow while putting my screen protector on. Once it was on, another customer walked in and began talking to the other employee. The woman that was helping me started to ring me up for the installation fee. Iâd given her my a credit card and sheâd swiped it when the phone rang. She spent the next 10 MINUTES on the phone with another customer totally ignoring the fact that I was there and the other employee wasnât doing anything after his customer left. So Iâm standing there for 10 minutes waiting for this woman to get off the phone, when she finally does she presses one button on her computer and hands me my receipt!!! She wasted my time for no good reason and made me realize just how little Zagg at the district cares about their customers.

However, she couldnât get an air bubble out of the screen protector she installed and since that was the last screen protector they had in the size I needed she added my name and number to a text notification list and said they were getting another shipment on Thursday. They would text me when it got there and hold it for me until I could come get it replaced, which they would do for free.
By Monday of the next week, no text. I called, they said âyeah I donât know why you didnât get a text, but we should be getting the shipment this Thursdayâ. The girl on the phone verified that my number was still on the text list and assured me the shipment would be there that week.
By the following Monday, still no text. I called and got the exact same story (âI have no idea but we should be getting it this Thursday or Fridayâ).
