Couldn't have asked for a better person behind the counter. I came in an hour before close and had indecisive people with me and she was patient, helpful, and her demeanor was genuine kindness the entire time. The food was great and hit the itch I had for something different. I will absolutely be making this a regular stop. It gives me an excuse to eat food that borders on gluttony with my kids though. 🤷

La calidad de la comida a bajado, hoy fui con mi familia a comer y las empanadas estaban tibias y la masa un poco dura, la carne mechada de esas empanadas estaba seca, me fui decepcionada ya que manejé desde Eagle Mountain solo a comer ahí, preferí esperar por unas empanadas recién hechas doradas crujientes y jugosas como cuando íbamos con mis compañeros de trabajo en sus inicios, otra observación fue el café el vaso muy pequeño para la cantidad de café, mi sugerencia sería que usen vasos más grandes y la misma cantidad de café sin problema ya que se hace difícil poder agarrar y tomar, ahora si me preguntan volvería a manejar tanto por unas empanadas? La respuesta sería que tendría que tener muchas ganas e ir preparada si me toca otra empanada tibia casi fría. Adjunto imagen de que las vitrinas están apagadas por ende las empanadas frías ☹️

Heads up, GPS will take you to Sweet Churro, it's ok, you are in the right place. They do empanadas from like 8am to 2pm. My favorite empanadas ever! I am always the only non Spanish speaking gringo in there, but between the awesome staff(the guy who runs the counter is awesome) and the other customer's, they always take care of me. Really good, competitive and authentic venezuelan food, it is hard to say that it is the best place because there are many good places in the valley but definitely among the bests! We had empanada de jamón y queso, tequeyoyo, tequeños, pastelitos. We have been here twice and you can bet we will keep coming...
