Ellie and I go way back! I always followed her when she was training and body building. The Universe always connects people at the right time! She had a post about personal training! So I reached out. Had a phone call that weekend and started on a Monday. Ellie listens and asks about all aspects of your life. Ellie is kind, intelligent, she is all hands n deck when it comes to your diet, weight training, life, stress, etc. She is very mind, body, soul and sends videos to listen to, workout videos to ensure you have proper form, she had me recording my workouts since we were virtually training. Ellie put a meal annd workout plan for me, and I was also in menopause so we had lots of challenges. Low and behold I went from a size 12 down to a size 6 in a matter of months. Pure weight training and meal plan. Weekly photos and lots of daily encouragement. I ate all the proteins I liked and never felt deprived. If I drank I would have a wine spritzer or champagne. Lots of water. Lots of positivity. Ellie takes a different approach. Every plan is individualalized. She also teaches you a lot about eating the right foods. No stress, happiness, living in the moment, and not hyper-focusing on losing weight but rather obtaining the beautiful body you want and deserve. Slow and steady wins the race!

I never write reviews but I thought that I'd write one for Ellie's Beauty Touch because I've been truly pleased with the entire process and results thus far. Getting back into the dating scene was nerve-racking so I thought that skin care was a good first step for my initial presentation. Like most men (of a certain age), I had no idea on where to begin. I thought it would be best to seek a professional and bypass over the counter solutions that were oddly expensive and would be difficult for me to determine if they were even working correctly. I didn't even understand beyond the "buy soap, wash and try not to get it in my eyes" process. I did some research and made an initial appointment for an Express Facial with Ellie. At the very least, I thought that she could point me in the right direction regarding facial care. To my surprise, Ellie took a holistic approach to our initial consultation. She asked about my diet and exercise patterns and proceeded to build the basic structure for my daily skin care and monthly maintenance that has done wonders for my looks as well as my confidence. The Power Facial was fabulous! She cleansed, steamed, full extractions including under the skin. Glycolic peel then cold collagen sheet mask with cold “blue balls” to massage my face (felt fabulous!). LED light with high frequency and lastly moisturizer & face oils. So good and so relaxing.
