Best customer service EVER! I purchased a kite that was above my kite understanding, lol. After i got to the beach, unpacked the kite and prepared to send it up, i ran into some confusion (not unusual for me.) I called the shop hoping for some general guidance... i got way more than "general guidance" as she suggested i send a photo or video of the kite and area of concern so she could call me back and walk me through my uncertainties. We did just that, and you know what? My amazing kite was up in the sky showing off within a minute. No complications at all and what questions i had were quickly addressed. The gentleman working was a man you'd want to have for a long lost uncle. He's extremely nice, polite and informative. And not just about kites and how to fly them. We asked him on the way out about places to eat, and he gave some great recommendations. But his customer service is on point, answering all your questions, giving fair prices. He quoted me an incorrect price, when he ran the item on the register, the same item was a couple of dollars more. But he kept the price he quoted me. The kites seem to be of high quality. Plus, if you have any issues with the kites, you can call him. It's an uncommon practice these days for what should be common customer service. This guy has it. The owners are superb people. We took a trip there in 2012 and this is the best kite shop I have ever visited. I purchased a Revolution Quad kite and got a free lesson from the owner. Great people, very friendly and very helpful. Great selection of all types of kites! Hope this store is around for a long time...I will be back! Returned 4 years later and needed 300# kite line. Made a call to Bill and Susie, let them know I was driving from 6 hours away to come there on Vacation. Arrived at the store and Bill was completing my “custom specification kite line” with a smile and amazement..... he remembered me from 2012! These people are exceptional when it comes to Customer Service. Bought the kite line and naturally bought my kids their first stunt kites also! ...
