Absolutely terrible business practices last time I will go to the store. Day after Christmas sale picking up ornaments every store has 50% off anything Christmas in their store if you’re looking for any good ornaments forget about getting any type of discount they put all the good ornaments behind the counter and say they’re full price The only ornaments that are even remotely on sale or there are ones that no one wants. And even at that point they’re only 40% they make you buy bundles of ornaments because they want to get rid of the ones they can’t sell so if you only need one you have to buy all five or six and spend hundred Of dollars even though you may have already picked up some of them they basically scalp their own ornaments. Like I said terrible business practices if you’re looking for any type of discounts this definitely isn’t the store or sales. I asked them one day and they told me it’s up to the owner of the store meanwhile I drive around to 10 different Hallmark and every single one of them are having a 50% off sale except for them. I would recommend any other store besides this one. I mean they are air Conditioner was broken down and instead of fixing it you had a basically going into a store that had no climate control because they were too cheap to fix it and they just put up fans. they don’t have a POS system they use their own I guess point of sale because it will not link up to the hallmark system and forget about using coupons they have to literally go into a online website like all of us on their iPad or something I fought to use my coupon one day which is ridiculous I mean which store doesn’t have a POS because they don’t want to pay for it. No prices on many items, had to keep asking. Many items dispersed among actual Hallmark and quality reflects it; did not realize this until we got home. No screen or display at cash register so the items just ring up and you are given a total. Was not asked for my rewards # before asking for payment. Two stars instead of one because the staff was polite and voluntarily retrieved original boxes for items. It’s a relatively small shop so the selection is limited, versus bigger locations like Norman’s in Clark. Will...

This is the worst store I've ever been to. The two women at the register took 16 minutes for one customer and when it was finally my turn they refused to use my Valid coupons! Then they charged me tax on a free card which I believe is not legal. I had no change so gave my credit card and she refused it because it was only for 26 cents. So I had to go find my car in the lot and look for it and go back again. This was the worst experience ever....
