My experience here was less than pleasant it was impersonal and poor quality. Hasty is an understatement! I was in and out in less than a half hour. As a young adult with no health insurance I chose this clinic for the $39 xray, exam, and teeth cleaning. First my teeth were polished which is usually the last thing to get done it took the assistant literally less than 5 minutes and she was careless. I was not offered glasses to protect from the glare of the light or the water that was ricocheting off of my teeth onto my face...The Dr. then came in, he feverishly scraped at my plaque...the majority of which is STILL ON MY TEETH.. it took a year to build up its going to take more than a once over to remove...He looked at my xrays and told me I had 3 new cavities, when I questioned how so many had formed in the year since my last cleaning he talked to me about sugar (just assuming I eat a lot of it?)...there is sugar in everything and there has been sugar in everything for the 29 years of my existence, that is not the reason for my new cavities, neither is a lack of flossing which was given as an alternate answer, I floss obsessively every damn day. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman to be honest, I didn't trust him which is a must for a medical professional to foster. Maybe if more attention was given to building rapport I wouldn't have felt like these cavities were being exaggerated to swindle me out of $650 dollars in fillings. I will NEVER go back, I will urge everyone else that mentions their oral health to steer clear. I now have to pay for a secondary cleaning by someone competent and get a second opinion since apparently my mouth is rotting faster than I...

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical/dental setting. I was supposed to have a small cavity filled. After an HOUR AND A HALF of him drilling into my tooth, he told me at the end he found a cavity in an old filling in the tooth and had to re-do that one and go deeper. It was extremely painful and a week went by and I had continuous jaw pain and tooth pain that got worse. I called and he said I was probably fine and to give it two weeks. Well, I went into a new dentist and they said he went too deep and I needed a root canal!! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. He is good with conversation and nice but clearly has no clue what he is doing. The dental assistant also never said a word and the whole experience was just unprofessional. Would give it zero...

I contacted the clinic and inquired if they were a provider with my insurance. They assured me they were. I scheduled appointments for my family. Our cleanings were done very hastily, but this is partly our fault because my ex-spouse delivered the kids late to their appointments. I was on time, but my teeth still received hasty care. I scheduled another appointment for my child to have teeth extracted. Only after two separate appointments, the clinic informed me that they were not a provider through my insurance and charged me for out of network costs.
