DAPPLED — Local services in Southaven

So first of all I never take time to leave reviews. The girls that work upfront are very sweet. The store is adorable with lots of cute options. ☺️💖

The negative is that if you miss the 14 day return window even by a little they will not budge and give you store credit or even let you exchange the same item for another size. I understand them not reimbursing my money but I was shocked that they wouldn’t even let me exchange. I bought two dresses and they didn’t end up fitting me right after trying them on at home. As a busy mother of 3 and one baby who stayed in the hospital with RSV I barely missed my 14 day return window. So now I have two dresses that don’t fit correctly and $146 wast. So..if you’re a busy mama like me I would hesitate to purchase 😭 I don’t plan to purchase again from this store and I have a lot of friends who also shop here.

In response to the reply…I purchased on Friday, August 5th which shows on the receipt and today is the 23rd. So I was just 4 days (not 5 or 6 days) past the 14 day return date (which also includes Sunday when the store is closed). Long story short…I would not have purchased from a store that won’t happily do exchanges to keep customers happy and loving their purchases/ overall experience with the store, if I had known. The items were never worn, tags still attached. The same items are currently still stocked in the store and would have very easily been resold to another customer. And as stated, these 4 days past were due to unfortunate circumstances with my baby being sick. I’m just disappointed to have spent a lot of money on items that won’t work for me & the place not be even a tiny bit flexible with their customers who have spent a lot of money & would have continued to spend money in the...

I am very displeased with the service I experienced on today. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this experience triggered many emotions. Upon entering the store I was not greeted. I went in for a particular item but decided to browse around because they have some cute and unique pieces. There was an older lady working, who was not genuinely interested in helping me as much as she was looking to see why I was there. I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted, so I politely left the store and will definitely think twice before returning to patronize there! BTW this is not my first time in the store.
