I went in 3 weeks before my event to rent a tuxedo and was measured for it that day. I paid for the rental and left with no information (color/size) on my receipt. When I picked up my Tux, I did not check it, as this was the 4th time that I have used the Men's Warehouse and assumed it was correct. I should have tried it on, but it would not have fixed the problem we had with the Tux. I ordered a blue tux with a black print on it, but I received a black tux with a silver print on it. It was also too small. I was measured when it was ordered, but somehow, they used my measurements from 2017. I have gained some weight since then, and my tux pants did NOT fit at all. I could not barely fasten up the jacket and could not wear the shirt that had come with it. I ended up using one of my dress shirts to the event, as the one I was given also didn't fit. I didn't even realize that it didn't fit until I went to put it on at 5 pm the night of the event. I can't tell you how disappointed I was, as my wife had a blue (same shade) evening dress that we matched the tuxedo too....so then she couldn't wear the dress that she had picked to wear to the party. So now she had to wear her old evening gown to the event. I don't know how the order got so messed up. I was measured 3 weeks previous, and the ONLY thing that fit was my shoes. I do not know if I will come back as this was an important event for us, and we were almost an hour and a half late arriving for it, trying to get ready with items we had to put together. My wife was so upset that she almost cried. I was told that it would be coming in 2 days previous to the event, but it didn't come in until after I had to go into work in Thursday, so I had to wait until the day before to pick it up. Set appointment to try on suits for my wedding & groomsmen. The appointment was with the store manager, but that was not who we met with. At the beginning of our appointment we were told we can’t try anything on, and every suit option for us would need to be ordered (meanwhile we’re surrounded by 60 suits).
We requested to try on different options several times, but we were denied each time. After sharing the 2-3 color(s) featured in the wedding we were interested in exploring, the employee asked 5 times about our wedding’s colors. At one point suggesting we should change the bridesmaids dresses.
The employee was dismissive and did not listen to our most simple questions. At one point he said “let me try to phrase this in a way you all will understand”…and then proceeded to ignore our simple yes/no questions. Out of politeness we did not walk out then & there. Overall very disappointing, difficult and rude experience.

Moving forward, they lost items that were paid for, they allowed a completely different customer walk out with our suit and get on a plane out of town. They changed our original suit plan. The manager Sonya walks around interrupting clients, carrying her vape in hand, clacking her flip flops, and chewing on her teeth. She is not helpful and very rude. Her supervisor Dewayne is just as non helpful as Sonya. Claims to help and want to help but I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a resolution or response with neither one available.
