I am heartbroken. This place looked like a freaking dream come true for my type of shopping. But I have had nothing but problems with them, I'm pretty sure I don't always talk to the same person, but some are very rude and others talk to you like all you are doing is wasting their time :( This is a message I wrote today, again. After waiting a MONTH AND A HALF for someone to even make contact. And I just want to say, they have absolutely beautiful pieces, but they are so overpriced and under made that its not worth it. I'm so sorry you guys, but I just can't support this anymore. I spent everything for my birthday here and now I have nothing but half a cuff to show for it Hello - so its been over a month and a half since I have been contacted. And I really need to know what is going on. Also, the one thing that I did end up finally receiving broke within two weeks. This is not ok. I can get you the pieces back, but I need a replacement or need the money back to go find a company that will actually talk to me and not make me feel like I'm not even worth their time. I paid $60+ for a bracelet and it was broken within two weeks. No hard wear or tear or any damage to it and it literally fell apart :( This was one of the most beautiful pieces I have seen, but if I knew if was made out of horrible material I would never have gotten it.
I have never ever once been rude to someone like this, I want to apologise, but I also really need you to understand where I am coming from. But I waited and waited because, although I was extremely grateful for that, but don't want to keep spending money on poor items. I finally caved because I fell absolutely in love with these earrings. They couldn't even last a whole week and I wasnt bullriding with them on or going crazy, there would have been absolutely no reason for them to fall apart - not only could I not 'just bend it back', it came off in two separate pieces and they just would not stay on, no matter what I did to help them stay on, but then it literally just fell apart. I'm so bummed out because they are so so expensive & the quality of the items is 0. I will never be able to find those earrings again or be able to get any of the money I've spent back.    Read moreI have been a customer for years and sadly the last couple of years everytime I go in is a bad experience. The staff seems annoyed you came, wonât help find things, and acts like you shouldnât be there. Very middle school âIâm better than you attitudeâ. Today I went in and asked if they had more sizing in the back the employee told me yes but that if I wanted it I could do an instore pick up. She wouldnât go back and get me the size I needed. I donât live in Spanish fork went out of my way to stop in and got told she wouldnât go get me what I needed. Was going to buy multiple items and the employee wouldnât go to the back and get it. Wanted me to go order it online when I made a 2 hour trip to come to the store! Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
