Jared’s Device Repair — Local services in Spanish Fork

I have tried using his services twice, both times after giving him the information he asked for he stopped responding to me. He wrote he couldnt find info on those models. I called amazon got the information confirmed and sent it to him. No response. I wrote a review for anyone looking for someone to do kindles repairs to go to someone else. A simple apology for the lack of customer service would of gone a long way instead he decided to ridicule and post pictures of our conversation to make it seem it was not true. Im shocked someone with such high reviews would treat someone this way. A simple im sorry I never responded back, I should of just said I simply do not fix kindles would of gone a long way. Instead he was condescending and rude. A little kindness goes a long way.

Information directly from amazon was sent and then after two weeks I messaged him asking for a response and never heard back. Its very frustrating when an owner turns the blame to make the consumer look bad. He went as far to message me to remove the post. I have no reason to make up what happened I have the messages saved. A simple apology for never reaching out would have gone so far. Instead im being bullied. Its disgusting when business owners blame...

I brought my iphone in to Jared to have the battery replaced and speaker repaired. After picking up my phone and paying $140, I noticed that the screen seemed to be different and it was really low quality and did not look at all the same. I asked him why and he told me he broke my screen and replaced it with an “aftermarket” screen.

I contacted Jared and asked for him to replace it with an original screen. He told me if I wanted an original screen I would need to buy the part myself (for $100) and bring it in then he would “fix” it. Which turned this into a $240 repair!!!

When I then asked him for a refund, he threatened me and told me that “if you wanted to come and talk with me, you know where to find me”. I am scared of being assaulted by this man, and will never return to his business.

This man is utterly unprofessional. AVOID...

Took my phone In to be fixed, the same day it started to have more problems with the new screen, I wasn’t able to go back at let them know it needed to be fixed because I was moving out of state. For the next 3 weeks my phone screen progressively got worse until it completely stopped working. I took in into a local shop we’re I live now (Kent, Washington) and the guy let me know that the new screen Jared put on was less then a 20 dollar part, and it wasn’t even replaced the way it’s supposed to be done. He charged me about the same rate for a better screen, a new case, and an extra screen protector. Jared is a scam. He’s completely unprofessional and dishonest. I would never recommend or use his services again. 0/10. Please please save your money and go...
