Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Spanish Fork

Honestly ridiculous!!! First people in the store for at least 5 minutes. We tell the 2 idiot girls working there we want to add a line and also get a new phone. We were looking to spend a decent amount of money. Instead we get greeted with "What do you want" we start asking about phones and another Hispanic women comes in and it's like we never existed. BOTH of the girls started helping this one customer that came in after us, we continued looking and my wife asked if we could get a phone and add it to our plan, as one answers with yes they tell us Nope nevermind we don't have the phone. When they didn't go look nor did they care about their customers obviously. The attitude these "woman" had they deserve to not have a job anywhere besides in a line where nobody has to deal with them or there I'm better than you snobby attitude. Honestly if your looking to get a phone take the extra drive and go somewhere else....

They messed up and wont fix their mistake... They wont even answer or return phonecalls to fix their mistake.... Long story short they were supposed to switch our old phone for a new one at a discounted rate and instead they put service on my wifes phone. When i pointed out their mistake she said she oops and couldnt do anything about it at that point. I left a note for the manager. He didnt call me- i called him. He said he needed to talk to employee and would call back. Never dis and stopped answering my calls as well. Ive been calling several times each day sonce it happened. Very extremely dishonest. Mistakes happen... But not fixing your mistakes- thats horrible. We called customer service and theu advised us to go into store again until they do acknowledge us and then call customer service while at the store so thats what we'll do. We just want...

I've probably been into this store at least ten times, and it's on me at this point because they NEVER have any new decent phones to buy. If you are a phone company and you never have new decent phones for people, how do you profit???? They try to sell you cheap phones because they never have anything decent. I've gone in there for a new line and they didn't have phones for a new line of service, and I've also gone in there as a customer trying to get a new phone and not once have they had any good phones in stock. Oh you want an Apple? Too bad we never stock those, but here have this POS, Nope I'm good, don't want your junk. Honestly the only reason I even stay with Metro PCS is because it's cheap.
