Came in at 9:15pm on July 3rd. The girl that was working the counter clearly didn't want to be there and I understood that. I placed an order online and told her I wanted to pick up my order. I greeted her and said hi, im here for order pickup. She replied with "we don't have online orders" in a rude manner. I then replied my money got taken from my account what do I do? She's like I can make the order. She wrote down the order on a blank receipt and then proceeded to slam equipment and make sure we knew she's done with us and our order. . I don't appreciate the mannerism of this and also I probably will never come back to this location I spent around $30 in drinks to be left with a horrible feeling drinking someones hatred or sadness in the drink. The girl was new took my money, made my drink then told me she didn’t have anymore classic boba. I asked for my money back and she didn’t know how to open the drawer to give me money. I left without getting my cash back. The time before a different girl was working. Read moreWe frequent this establishment often. As a veteran, I get a military discount here. I went yesterday and the girl at the counter didn't know how to apply the discount. We waited 20ish min for her to try to reach out to her manager to find out how to apply the discount before I was out of time. I simply paid the bill and we left.
I don't feel entitled to discounts. That's not the point. The point is not only did the employee not know how to do her job, but her manager was not reachable for a long time to even find out.
I would like this made right.
