I absolutely can no beleive how unprofessional and customer service failure the Spanish Fork Utah CAL Ranch store gives customers. I don't think I will ever shop there again. If I could rate zero stars I would have.
Dave the manager. You failed me. You neglect to call customers back and do what you said as a manager you should be a man of your word. And also a Lady that answers the phone that starts with A who likes to put you on hold and hang up on you or leave you there till you get hung up on or give up did not help the situation. I don't appriciate having my time wasted.
I ordered a item from another location doing a store transfer. I spoke to Dave at the spanish fork store and the the manager at the sending store to make sure that both were on the same page. I was told it would be about a week till the item arrived and I would get a call. A couple weeks go by I got no call so I tried calling. Was unable to get any answer and was hung up on. Tried again next day, again no answer. Fyer numerous tries I was told me Dave would call me back but never did. A couple days later I tried AGAIN and was hung up on AGAIN! Calling back got the same run around and story and an I will make sure Dave calls you back. I had confirmed with the sending store sent the item and it should have been there.
To this day much time wasted and weeks of waiting and numerous phone calls, we will call you back statements and failure I have given up. Dave the manager & the employees at Spanish Fork, Utah have put such a bad taste in my mouth of CAL Ranch that I am confident I will never ever shop there or any location again they have destroyed a long term customers relationship...
Read moreI showed up early this morning to get several items at Cal Ranch. When I went in the Assistant Manager was too busy talking to another employee about her pet to move out of my way so I could get a cart. He didn't say Hi or greet me. I finally got a cart and asked one of the cashiers that wasn't doing anything where to find the chain. She directed me and told me she would send someone over to help me. I saw several items I wanted to get on my way to the chain but didn't stop as I didn't want keep a clerk waiting. I got to the chain and waited for a very long time no one ever came to help me. The wall of items I needed to go with my chain was 1/2 empty so I got frustrated with no help and headed for the door. The same cashier that directed me saw me walk toward the door and to put my cart away, saw me with nothing and she was still doing nothing couldn't be bothered to ask me if I got the help I needed. Since no one in this store can be bothered to help the only customer in the store when they all appeared to be doing NOTHING I decided I would buy NOTHING I can spend my money elsewhere. He took the time to educate me about my options, allowing me to make an educated decision! To the review that named him (Josh) that, I am a legit customer, not an (educated guess), terminated employee!
