Do not shop here. They do not value customers lives and therefore they do not value our business. It's very disappointing to see the irresponsibility with not one employee wearing any masks in the middle of a health criss pandemic. The cashier started coughing all over my items. Their carelessness could get someone killed. They are violating mask requirements. I will never shop there again. Lowes, Costco, and online retailers have better prices and care about their customer's safety. I will spend my hard earn money where my life and business is valued.
UPDATE: I wanted to respond to the managers response. I came in contact with employees 3 times, each time they approached me less then 6 feet apart with no masks. They are clearly not following the mandates. The following statement is on the Utah County Health Department website "businesses should ensure employees and patrons are wearing a face covering in their establishment. Employees should handle the face covering requirement just like they handle other health requirements and public-decency expectations in their establishments, such as âNo shirt, no shoes, no service.â I will not be coming in to discuss this as I do not want to enter an unsafe environment that will put myself and family's life at risk. I will be shopping at safer environments here in Spanish Fork such as Lowes, Costco, Walmart. I have Asthma and a damaged lung and I use a mask around my customers and co-workers all day without issues. Regardless of managements excuses for their negligence in not keeping the public safe, I no longer feel safe shopping there and will I never return.    Read moreI purchased a $600 Toro snowblower on December 7th 2018. On 1-21-19 the 3rd time that I had used my snowblower the engagement cable broke. I took it back to Spanish Fork Ace hardware to get it fixed. They told me to bring it inside so I unloaded the snowblower and brought inside. The employee looked at it and said it would be $20 labor plus the price of the part. I told him that it was brand new and still under warranty so I will not pay a dime to have it fixed. The employee called his manager on the radio and told him what I said. The manager replied on the radio that Ace doesnât back the Toro products they sell. After hearing that I told the employee that I wanted my money back. He called the manager again and told him that I wanted my money back. The manager replied on the radio that I was not getting a refund and I need to take my problem up with Toro. I left and found Cutlers in Orem that repairs snowblowers. I walked in to Cutlers they ask what was wrong and took a look at my snowblower. He looked at my receipt then typed in the serial number into the computer. It rang up at $9.99 and told them the concern. The cashier wouldnât even move and said it was probably in the wrong spot. I told them it was all of them and to go check. He leaves to check and come back and says all are in the wrong spot and the number is wrong the last three on the skew were wrong. Rule 1: customer is always right. I told him, whose fault is it, Mine or the stores? And the lady cashier comes over and starts defending him telling me I shouldnât talk to him with attitude. I just asked a question.
