As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by store associate, Samantha. I was able to easily locate the section of the store I needed, the "Jean Wall"! They have a fabulous selection of everyday jeans, that are very well made. (I had a pair for over 8 years once bought from a store back in the Midwest.) I love Maurice's jeans for multiple reasons, the very first being that they have x-short available, so I dont have to go through the hassle of hemming them. Second, the price!! For only $28 a pair is unbeatable at this quality. They often have sales like buy one get one 50% off, which I was able to take advantage of this time as well. Third, these jeans ACTUALLY FIT!! They're made of a stretchable high grade denim that fits my body shape. I've had trouble for years trying to find jeans, and these have always been the ones that fit best.

I also love their clearance section, always a good deal there! And they have a great selection of leggings/jeggings that look very cute!

They didnt have my size available in stock in a certain fit of the jean that I wanted, so Samantha helped me get them shipped to my home, with the discount!

I was elated with my shopping experience and am going back immediately to refresh my entire wardrobe....

So this is really sad. I used to be an assistant manager here about 4 years ago. This store has turned to a shell of what it used to be. Yes I was greeted when I walked in and shown where the jeans are for plus girls. Other than that....she didn't know anything about the jeans and couldn't help me with their brands. For those of you who don't know, Acena sold Maurices to a new company a few years ago so their materials changed and styles. The jeans are no longer what I used to sell so I knew nothing about them. Well she left me there and I wasn't spoken to again for the rest of my time in there. It used to be you would be greeted at the door and helped with anything you needed. We were knowledgeable about our items and cared how your experience was with us. We got you a fitting room started and we were literally your bestie shopping with you. The girls were on their phones the whole time. The store was a disaster and the fitting rooms were gross. This store has turned into a dp and who ever the new Store Manager is should be ashamed. I will only be making online returns to this store from now on....

I love the store and the clothing. But lately when I go in there's no customer service and if you ask a question the staff treat you like your an inconvenience. Also, the foul language (and complaining about the job) in the back room which can be heard on the floor is very unprofessional. Sorry this is the last time I go into this store. Will try the mall if the same service then I guess my account will be closed and I will take my business to a store that wants my business...
