Spencer's — Local services in Sparks

This Spencers location is so pathetic. I got banned for just being there (not even funny) I was enjoying my day shopping around/ Browsing. Basically just killing time, No harm right? I decided to go into this Spencers just to look at some cups, backpacks, even some slippers. Even contemplated on buying some cute BMO slippers. (NO STAFF TALKED TO ME AT ALL, NO STAFF WELCOMED ME OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME. KEEP THAT IN MIND. SO I’M MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS.) I walk out of the store just to get approached by 2 mall security. They inform me that I made the staff feel “uncomfortable”….? And that I have been banned from the store. SO I get banned basically just by looking at the product OR by my appearance…? (I even talked to Security to explain my actions where just browsing & IF I could apologize to the staff for making them uncomfortable. NOPE, just a straight up ban for NO REASON. I generally like Spencer's. I have bought lots of black light posters over the years. Also love the T-shirt selection especially classic rock band shirts. But it pisses me off to no end when a store is supposed to be open until 9 pm and they are closed. Thier website says they are open until 9 pm and the hours on the door say open until 9 pm. And yet for the second time I went there for a specific item and at 715 pm they are closed. If those aren't the hours change the signage and website so people don't waste their valuable time...

Absolutely the most awful experience with your check out girl tonight at 6:30 ish. You definitely need to retrain your people on customer service.
