Let me start off by saying I absolutely HATE leaving bad reviews, however I do feel this is necessary to get yalls attn.

I drove over 3 hours in to see Fox & Vead perform @ your venue on 1/31/25.

From the very beginning of the concert I asked for water from the bartenders. I noticed 2 ladies behind the bar, workin their tails off.

The crowd was about 250-300 people IMO. Barbacks were non existent. I then wanted to buy the band Green Tea shots. That whole process took about 15-18 min.

Then I went back to get them another round. I damn near missed the rest of the concert as my back had to face the stage, so the bartenders would see me & finally get to me.

She poured the clearest looking green tea I’ve ever seen in 3 cups. I said where’s the 4th & what is that. I then said forget about it, as I wanted to catch the last 2 songs.

Management / Owners, you had to have some sort of idea from ticket sales to see how many people you had coming in.

How can you let your staff DROWN like this ?? Step in AND help them !! I can only imagine how much money you lost from not being able to serve these customers fast enough.

On Tuesday my sister and I went there for lunch. For appetizers we had the fried ribs which was over battered and the Mac and cheese brisket roll which was okay. Our main course was the fried catfish sandwich which was undercooked. I ordered the jumbo which was an extra dollar and my sister got the regular however we were served the same exact sandwich. I did not completely rule out going back until I checked my receipt when I got home and realized I was charge $8.99 for the sweet tea. IT WAS REGULAR SWEET TEA NO ALCOHOL! And it was on the weak side. My sister had one glass and I had a refill. I ended up paying $26.87 for tea. A glass of this weak tea cost more than my main course. While I don’t plan to ever go back to The 7 Twenty Room I recommend those that do pay close attention to the price on the menu and what’s...

The experience was so unpleasant that we left before the band started. Mismanaged, bad service upstairs and down. Nothing about the experience made me want to return for a concert or the food downstairs. For the Owner. If you notice, I was not reviewing the band. I can easily be so disappointed with the venue that I would lose the $40 I paid for tickets and not stay for the band....
