WORST JEWLER IN SPOKANE!!!!

I had my wife go into Dodson's and take 2 of my Bulova solid gold watches in to simply get them wieghed. I had her go to Dodson's because it was the closest to where she was at, at the time. She walked in, set my solid gold watches on the counter and simply asked if he would wiegh them without the movement so I could accuratley list them on ebay. He NEVER even touched the watches, and told her they were fake because the ONLY solid gold watch in the world in a Rolex. Now, I have been collecting watches for almost 15 years, and even the layman know's better than that. I have 2 solid gold Bulova's and have also had a solid gold Tissot, Benrus, and Gruen. I know that every high end watch company has produced gold watches. The problem I had was with the way he treated my wife. Not only did he treat her like she was stupid, but he LITTERALLY ESCORTED my wife out of his store. I know the watches are real gold because A) they are marked, B) I have had them tested at Pounders and they are both 18k, C) I have them insured. I wouldnt insure something that was fake, or not real. And im pretty sure my insurance company would not cover an item that was not real gold, such as a watch. The fact that he never touched my watches, told my wife they were fake, told her that ONLY ROLEX makes solid gold watches, and then escort my wife out of his store....makes me believe that he is either a very very bad jewler, or just plain STUPID. I’ve been looking for a place to get my ring resized, and this is the place to go!! It was quick and easy, reasonable pricing, and an overall wonderful experience. Ms Tami was wonderful talking with over the phone as I was explaining to her I would like to watch the process of everything. Just for my peace of mind, they were more than happy to accommodate my request and we scheduled an afternoon to resize my ring. It was about a week out from the time we spoke on the phone, so not that long of a wait. The goldsmith’s stand was right by the window so I could watch the entire process and the process took roughly 30 mins. I got to speak with Ms Tami about custom building my fiancé’s ring in the near future and they have so many options to get really creative. Such a pleasure doing business with them. I cannot say enough good things! I felt comfortable, listened to, and respected with the decisions and ideas I was bringing them. There was no pressure from them like other places around that just want to make a big commission. They truly just want you to enjoy the jewelry business and the process of creating something you will love for a lifetime. 11/10 will...

When I started to plan my proposal, Ruby from Johnson's was absolutely fantastic! It started with me reaching out via DM for some information on how the process works and that turned into a consultation with her.

Ruby gave me multiple options on sing styles, stones, and even gave me ideas on how to find out what my fiancee liked without giving it away.

Not only was she friendly, but she wasn't pushy like most other jewlery sales people. Ruby never once pushed me to take out a loan, make a purchase, or put down a deposit on anything she showed me until I was ready. I walked into Kay Jewlers, Jared's and other big name stores, and before they even let me look at a ring the sales reps were pushing financing or deposits.

The process for me took a few months to pull the trigger on my purchase, but Ruby was there and ready. She even sent me recommendations to insure the ring.

Johnson's will be my go to place to purchase my future wife jewlery for as long as Ruby works there.
