Marsh McLennan Agency — Local services in Spokane

After 1 year of being insured through this agency, I paid to renew my insurance for the following year, and I then took a 3 week vacation to another continent.

While on vacation I did not have phone service, my business was closed, and I was intentionally unavailable.

I made sure to take care of all my business obligations before leaving, so I could enjoy my vacation and return to a stress free beginning to my new year.

While I am away on vacation, they have decided to do a business I surface audit of my business and left me messages demanding that I provide them with access to my businesses accounting for their "3rd party audit" within 3 days or face consequences including termination of the insurance I have paid for and a refusal to continue representing me.

This is after 4 years in business and having never filed a claim or had any issues whatsoever.

So now on vacation, I am dealing with stressful demands of my attention for absolutely no necessary reason.

The same insurance provider audited me last year as well. If audits are a routine part of business with them, it should be made know in advance so that it can be provided in a timely manner without unexpected demands.

I look forward to guidance along with history and future outlook information for the insurer options. James has never disappointed. There are different departments and contacts for various services and yet I can direct all types of inquiries to the one point of contact that we began with, James, and trust that he will follow through to be sure any and all sources of business on our behalf are handled appropriately and quickly.
