At this rate either the all the employees are inept, lazy or know who's order it is and make and effort to make sure the order is not complete. We are long long long time customers and my mom has complained multiple times and was told staff are being addressed but they apparently do not care since I am now writing this. The employees may be mad at the bad feedback but when you Literally forget something EVERY SINGLE order at what point do we just stop coming?? We have been since it was no name and we enjoy the food and the staff might not think missing one thing is that bad but it is when it's every time, somethings up. This time was there was supposed to be extra Pico even and both bowls had None. How hard is it for some one to double check? We don't want free food we never cared we just want our orders right because we are almost 30 miles out of town. I mean baristas can remember multiple drinks and get it right but something printed on paper and can't get any consistency there's a problem.

I think Qdoba is a great place to eat. They have tons of options, and really are a top competitor to Chipotle. I have found their meats to be more seasoned, and their food overall more flavorful. There are also quite a few aspects in which Qdoba wins out. Queso is free on any food, either spicy or mild, and so is guacamole. My favorite grubs are a chicken burrito with veggies, queso, pico de Gallo, and picante ranch sauce (hint: get this on literally anything). Overall good food, service, and decent price. Can’t beat it for Mexican-ish food in Spokane, and close to Gonzaga’s campus for students.

I have tried two separate times on two separate occasions to order through Uber eats and both times Qdoba cancels my order. I asked Uber eats why and they stated it was Qdoba cancelling my order. So I asked Qdoba why they canceled my order and they told me I ordered too much food. I said okay I could see that as it was a large order but this time I only ordered 2 salads and they canceled again. At this point I think it is just laziness and not wanting to deal with online orders. It’s a huge disappointment because I have to take my business elsewhere.

I typically do not write negative reviews, but with the slew of awful customer service recently, I've decided to say something. I never eat here, and now know I won't need to bother in the future. We were greeted....well, actually we weren't greeted. I came in to return some buffet supplies that QDOBA told me to bring back after our event, and they would offer a free meal with the return of the supplies. I asked upon returning, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and said they don't do that. Yet.....no one talked to me about it. The young man at the counter just shook his head and mumbled something I couldn't understand. I shook my head. He shook his head. We were getting nowhere, but I got the impression he wouldn't take my banquet supplies. Odd........

We never were greeted. Decided to stand there anyway and order. Eventually had to ask someone to come take our order. I could not hear or understand the young man helping us. I asked my daughter if it was just me....nope, she couldn't hear or understand either. I looked for support to the 2 other workers staring at me from the back. They stared back. It was a bizarre encounter. I felt like I was really putting these people out by stepping up to their counter and buying something in their store. Weird.

Most of the food was out (mind you it was about 4p), or very well picked over. Nothing looked fresh. It tasted as good as it looked. The table was dirty, sticky, and half the lights were out. Truly.....I thought I was in the twilight zone. We ate half our unappealing meal, and left. I asked my daughter if I was processing what just happened correctly.....she concurred. I took my banquet supplies (because they wouldn't take them) to my car and drove off into the distance. I'll never go back.

UPDATE: It's been over 2 weeks since I reached out to the email address provided below - NO RESPONSE. Nothing good to say...

Our first visit to Qdoba will be our last. There must have been 8 people working but not one of them (including the manager) could find tortillas/taco shells to make my tacos--- everyone just kind of trailed off in different directions and didn't come back. Rather than stand there waiting, I changed my order to a burrito. No one apologized and apparently it wasn't a big deal to anyone working there. The girl who took our order was nice, but dirty, unkempt and looked like she hadn't had a shower for weeks. The music was so loud we couldn't hear anything when she asked what we wanted on our burritos. After a shouting match and her not being able to hear or understand me either, I gave up and resolved myself to the fact that I wasn't going to get anything close to what I ordered. I was right. Our burritos sat getting cold while (again) we waited a ridiculous amount of time for the girl who made our order to find the chips and get them in bags. We then waited again when the girl who made our burritos had to relay our order to someone who had to stop making guacamole to ring us up....??? Again, the music was so loud they couldn't hear each other --so who knows if we were charged the correct amount. We sat in a booth with cloth seats that were absolutely disgusting---with huge stains. Burritos, chips and queso were all lukewarm at best. One burrito was bland and completely devoid of any flavor and the other one was so spicy I couldn't eat it. Being at the mercy of the person making our "mystery" burritos did not work out for us and we ended up throwing most of our lunch in the trash. Within an hour I was violently ill and lost the remainder of my lunch. Between the obvious hygiene issues, filthy booths and food that wasn't kept at the proper temperature it wasn't exactly surprising. We should have walked out----but I can guarantee will not be rolling the dice at...

This is my first visit to the Qdoba on Division St. First off I was impressed by the clean cut manager who had wonderful customer service skills who helped us in the beginning of our order taking. The Supervisor beside him(my guess based on the type of shirt) was speedy and unfortunately piling up orders on the next lady who was at the final topping/wrap station. The process started fast and ended terribly slow with our order even being rung up incorrectly which was not noticed till right before we left. Before we were rang up, the manager had to leave for some important meeting of sorts and informed the cashier to see to the lobby asap as it was in dire need of being cleaned. To my dismay we had to sit at the cleanest dirty table. The rush had died down and it was easily 20-25 minutes before the lobby was attended to. One of the things that bothered me most was that as soon as the Manager left. The Supervisor, only lady wearing a collared shirt, was talking nonstop about everything but work. My entire lunch was filled with the sound of her continued chatter. Also, the Cashier who attended the lobby, went to every table and wiped food from table tops to the floor. Thus making the floors a disgusting mess that would be trampled on and tracked around the rest of the floors. At the end she did a half-hearted attempt at cleaning the lobby leaving over flowing garbages, a soda station that looked like a dirty bomb went off and a floor that had almost no clean spots left to even walk on. Another Management team member came in wearing a gray shirt and was checking product temps and still all I could hear was the chatter from the female supervisor while the entire crew worked slowly and quietly. Besides the parking availability and the spacious semi hip environment, I am not impressed with this location. I am not sure if I will give this another try...
