9% Milk Tea & Asian Market — Restaurant in Spokane

I am so excited to have discovered this adorable shop today! It’s hard to find real boba tea in Spokane, not just powdered-mix smoothies - but 9% delivers! They have yummy toppings like custard and cheese foam and actual TEA and fruit based drinks. ❤️

I got a basic brown sugar milk boba and was blown away. The tapioca is perfect. Great texture, great flavor. The service was quick and the folks behind the counter (I assume the owners) were very friendly and excited to tell me about what’s coming - soufflé pancakes starting next week with delicious toppings! They also have a store that will soon be filled with tasty Asian snacks, and you can already order their waffle cups with fruit toppings to go with your boba tea.

I can’t wait to go back and try more and pick up snacks. Working downtown, I am so pleased that there’s finally a good option for a boba treat on...

Invited by the owner of 9% Milk Tea & Asian Market, I came to try the new product Crazy Matcha Smoothie. The crazy matcha surprised me. I have never had such an authentic matcha drink. It also contains classic Japanese red beans, sweet and smooth🫶 My friend chose the mango jasmine milk tea. The jasmine green tea base is particularly refreshing with a strong mango flavor. Owner invited me to try their new drinks, My favorite is the Crazy Matcha Boom, it’s an ice blended with matcha brûlée with red bean paste. Super good!! The owner told me they are planning open on June! So excited for them. They also offer bubble waffle with Strawberry, Mango, Red bean. Their Bubble waffle will be the first one in Spokane.
