ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I usually go to my tea shop that’s in my county but thought I would stop by a new place and try it. As I walk in I’m not greeted at all in fact the lady that came in two minutes after me was met with all smiles and hellos, she preceded to order a “whip” like she was a regular and they knew her name. So at this point I’m about 5 minutes into just standing there me thinking maybe I’m in the wrong spot. Walked to the counter still was not acknowledged, I say “hey am I supposed to order here”and the lady in the back says yeah so then I proceeded to order my normal drink I always get which is a Rain Water ( coconut and blue raspberry) then they proceeded to say that they don’t make customized orders ? Even though they have both flavors there because I even asked if they could just whip it together and just not have a “label” on it because in reality who cares what the name of the pretty drink that’s just gonna be drank and thrown away anyway. Then they again refused me my drink order so when I asked if they had anything with coconut in it which in fact they did…. Coconut blue raspberry and some watermelon cucumber thing so I ask if I could just get the extra taken out they say yes AND STILL PROCEEDED TO GIVE IT TO ME IN MY DRINK. I’m allergic to certain things and for you to not only REFUSE ME but to also PUT IT IN MY DRINK ANYWAY!?! You absolutely have no care for others and what could cause them problems that’s shameful. I shouldn’t have to tell you I’m allergic to something for you to provide a simple service which in return paid WAYYYY TOO MUCH FOR just to throw it away cause it would probably sent me to the hospital if I would have drank it first and not the person I was with. Yall should be reported to BBB. Do better. Be better. YOUR A SERVICE PROVIDER. PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOUR SUPPOSED TO NOT MAKE A CUSTOMER NEVER WANNA CONE BACK BECAUSE YOUR TOO LAZY TO...
Read moreSo I went in one day. It was my first time visiting and I didn't know what to expect. I quickly recieved help from an over enthusiastic brunette employee who quickly started going into a whole speech about Herbalife (mlm pyramid scheme). She was like a used car salesman and a cheerleader all in one (no offense to used car salesmen or cheerleaders). It was overwhelming and she spoke so fast my mother said she couldn't keep up and understand what the lady was saying.
She started going down the list of base ingredients they use in the smoothies and when she said they use aloe I immediately asked about cancer risk (a recent study shows that a certain part of the aloe plant can cause cancer). She got defensive, told me that people have been using Herbalife for 30 years and that no one has ever gotten cancer. Then, she turned her back and walked away from us.
As I walked out I couldn't help but laugh at how childish and entitled she acted. I am guessing most people don't question her but she was far too old to act the way she did. She should also educate herself on studies done on the ingredients of the products they sell in case someone DOES have questions. If I were her I probably would have asked the customer where they got the information so I could look it up later.
One of the other employees there at the time spent the entire time I was in there standing in the customer area, talking on the phone. It seemed very unprofessional.
Overall, I wouldn't go back to this place even if they didn't put aloe in the products because I almost felt like someone was going to call the cops on us for existing in that place. It gave THAT vibe. It didn't feel welcoming at all.
Also, isn't herbalife a pyramid scheme?
I look forward to Smoothie King opening on Spring Hill Drive. I lost about 75 pounds before by drinking smoothies from there as meal...
Read moreI love the place, it has amazing products. But my question I have is, why do I get asked to sign in all the time. I was told by one of the employees that it tracks the consumption in the local area. Now? With the place wanting email, phone, first and last name? Would the POS system do this? I was once told that I couldn't purchase anything after June first because of some kind of state regulations that required it? Seem very strange. I am not knocking the product. I love it. The smoothies are amazing. I am a business man myself and know how funnels work when it comes to customer information. This might be something you might want to change in regards to driving customers to not return. There are better way to go about collecting customers information. Along with that when did a Smoothie shop with a great product need to fall under the regulations of a speakeasy? If anyone knows the answer please...
