Was there yesterday with 88 year old Irish immigrant mother, i asked Irish immigrant owner in a EMERGENCY could my mother use bathroom . My mother had walked into backroom, and noticed a bathroom ,so my mother asked me ask owner if she could use bathroom . I approached The OWNER , and she replied " due to insurance reasons she could not allow, and THAT the bathroom was on 2nd floor she couldnt use it.!" .untrue. Have you lost your soul? A 88 year woman is gonna have accident and you say that? My poor mother is too nice, she still stood in store and bought her gift. I let the owner know how i would pass on to people her" store policy and she would never see me in there again." I didnt want to embarrass my mother, so said it to owner on the side. .. An Irish Christmas is so dear at heart and to give small gifts that relish my past is a wonderful celebration. Enter Mary Reilly owner of this establishment. Ugh.... rude beyond words. Went for a Celtic cross for my granddaughter's Christening and the women behind the counter was terrific! Wound up buying an adorable little outfit for my granddaughter as well. A helper even offered to and wrapped my purchases for free! Will go back again and recommend...
