Cute clothes. Below subpar customer service. I’ve been in several times over the years, but this experience today took the cake. Completely ignored upon entry and the Entire time I was shopping. Walked past several times, looked at once but never acknowledged - let alone asked if I was ok or needed help. I said something to 2 staff members as I was Buying something. Was told sorry, they were busy. LOL I’m busy at my job, too. You sell clothes to People, ladies . The pants I purchased were wrinkled. I would think a “high end” boutique would use a steamer before putting out overpriced clothes.. but the staff was too busy to acknowledge patrons, obviously no time...

I would NOT recommend going to Julie Mei for any sort of salon service. I had a few things waxed and the esthetician who works there doesn't know what she's doing. She openly admitted to me that she did not do a good job and gave me 10% off the total cost of the service.
