Greens and Proteins — Restaurant in Nevada

The amount of disconnect from all customer service! I am not vegan, but I have a severe allergy to proteins in animal milks, so I order vegan to refrain from having to make people's lives miserable from removing this and that. My partner is vegan, and we both ordered VEGAN Buffalo Wraps and added Vegan Ranch on the side (@3:43pm) and we were the ONLY people in the place. 10 mins later, someone else came in and ordered food. His meal came 10 mins later and ours still hadn't arrived. I asked the girl if we would be receiving our food soon and she said she was unsure and would check. We finally received our food at 4:03pm, 20 mins later. She explained that they were out of Vegan Ranch and I explained that I paid for the Ranch. She lied to me and told me that she did not charge me when my receipt clearly shows that she did. After taking 3 bites, I tasted Bleu Cheese in my wraps and opened it up to find Bleu Cheese in the wrap. I went to the front and asked if there was Bleu cheese in there and she said "yes, it is a Buffalo wrap". I told her we ordered the VEGAN (which she charged us for) and she was like... "Oops we'll remake them." I told them not to bother because I wasn't waiting for another 20 mins for our food to come out and I wanted a refund. They told me that they were unable to refund me because there was no manager there and that I would need to call back tomorrow to get my refund. What a crazy concept that YOU can get your money immediately and I have to WAIT for a refund? I am apauled! There should be someone there at all times that can deal with customer problems. We will NEVER return again! This is no way I like to be treated when spending $44 on 2 wraps! Update: Greens and Proteins does not allow refunds at a store level... even when they screw up, so you have to go through Corporate to get a refund. They make you jump through hoops to get your money back. I decided to go through my financial institution to receive my money back because Corporate was unavailable all weekend. Corporate LIED to the financial institution to get their way! They STOLE $45 from me without just cause because they wanted to make a point. I am out $45 and NEVER received anything for it! This place is a SCAM and...

This location is so convenient for me and right in the EOS gym parking lot. I came here on opening day and a few days per week since then (about 6 weeks, now) and the staff, food and drinks have been delightful. I walk in the door and get a loud, “welcome to Greens”, everything on the menu I’ve ordered had been delicious such as the Straight To The Heart juice, the French toast, the impossible cheesesteak wrap, the breakfast wrap, the salmon, the pizza, the soups... I’m a fan to say the least. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. The drinks are made at the juice bar right in front of me and they don’t add sugar to the drinks which is a really nice change from other juice places. The staff even remembers what I order most and call it out to me when I get to the register. Oh, they sell these pumpkin loaf slices, too. Holy **. I eat too many of them. So...

LOVE this West Tropicana Greens & Protein location! I’ve been to the one in Summerlin and the service doesn’t even remotely compare. Right as you enter, you hear a symphony of friendly voices welcoming you in!

Pia & Nia (how cute!) at the front are a service-cultured breath of fresh air. Quick but not rushed and genuinely interested in sharing menu options with guests. Nia made my favorite fresh beets juice and it was simply perfect! While in line, I overheard Pia offering an EOS gym member a 10% discount. Awesome that this G&P location has gym discounts available! The food is fresh and crisp and the complimentary cucumber water for guests is outstanding. I’ve been here a few times and it is now my official go-to!
