Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Springdale

I have let everyone know how wonderful these gentlemen are at this Springdale store.. and here is why:

I ordered suits out of Florence, ky store for my two sons for a viewing and funeral. The suits were to be shipped to Springdale, Ohio store. Instead, they shipped one suit to the wrong store, and the other was dated out to mid-september. Upon learning of this, my stress level went crazy. I was upset.. and was not sure what I was going to do as my grandmas viewing started within the next hours. Without words, these men began a complete upturn of their store to find acceptable attire for my boys and then refunded my order in full. Keep in mind, this was not their fault!! Due to the time sensitive nature of our visit, they worked diligently and valiantly to get us out the door as quickly as possible. They had Clothes flying, even running at times, I just stood there amazed. I've never seen a group of people take complete ownership of an issue like that...it is absolutely the most fantastic display of customer service I have seen. Truly, truly impressed. They had the most genuine and wonderful attitudes, and I will most certainly be back to see them. If you see Brian or Jeremy, they are absolutely wonderful people and are the best at what they are doing. Thank you so so much and we will not forget...

It was my first time buying a suit. Prior to arriving at Men's Wearhouse I was feeling a little bit of anxiety not knowing much about the quality of suits and not knowing if I was going to find the perfect suit for me. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Brian. He asked if he could take some measurements and then asked me to try on a couple different styles. He took a few more measurements. Then, he spoke to me about a custom suit. He explained to me that their custom suits are very affordable. He was telling the truth! Brian even informed me that if I waited until Thursday that it would be $100 cheaper because they were beginning a sale that they haven't announced yet. He didn't have to. I could have walked out spending $100 more not even knowing about the sale. He didn't try to sell me a high priced suit. He sold me the best suit for me and it was a lot cheaper than I was expecting to pay before I entered! Turns out that Brian is the store manager the whole time, but humbly waited on me and took a lot of measurements and remeasured to make sure the suit was perfect. I will never shop anywhere else for a suit! I can't say enough about the kindness and great service I received! One of the best experiences I have ever had in any...

Today my fiancé went into this location to get assistance being fitted and purchasing a white dress shirt for a wedding coming up. The associates assisted him with his measurements and attempted to sell him on one of the shirts they had. My fiancé explained he didn’t want to spend that much on this shirt and proceeded to tell them his budget. They laughed at him and walked away instead of trying to find an alternative option or politely explaining they did not have anything else in store in his budget. Later he found the same shirt in another store in his budget ($30 cheaper). Since this location is around the corner from us, I called to ask if they price match. The associate had no idea so I spoke with a manager who also did not know. I let them know about the disrespect he experienced at the store and they did not care and had no interest in obtaining our business. I was given a corporate number to call but it was busy so I am waiting to receive a text from customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else where you will be valued...
