The customer service department really did me dirty. I called to pay them in full on October 30th. The representative told me my total amount due was 97 and some change. She asked me if I wanted to pay a payment or full amount due. I said full amount due. I paid them and my balance was zero. They then billed me for a late payment. Apparently when they closed there cycle on November 2nd after I paid them in full. They charged me 35 dollars because I didn’t pay them on October 28th. Now I wasn’t aware of this because I called and paid them off. So I get a text message from commentity bank informing me that they had tried to reach me several times. I called them and they had charged me now 2 late fees! What a joke!! They are obviously trying to get over on the customer that keeps them in business. Absolutely robbed me!
