Beautiful looking place. Limited menu and that is ok. The server was pleasant but either a new employee or not knowledgeable of the menu. The appetizers took some time to receive but ok not a problem as we were a large group and concerned amongst ourselves. Stale and cold bread was served with olive oil.Stale and cold bread? An Italian restaurant with a very limited menu on Easter and out of Vegetable Lasagna, Fish and Panna Cotta. Perhaps get some items from the Gelato Shop or order more product from Bindi. The main entrees took a very long time and considering we were one of three tables in the restaurant. The Margherita Pizza was awful but slightly better was the Mushroom Pizza. The Meatballs and Spaghetti was truly the worst. Two of the meatballs were not fully cooked meaning undercooked and red and not from Marinara. We explained to the manager that the meatballs which we put on a separate plate to show them they were undercooked. The manager apologized and they brought out meatballs with whipped ricotta. Our daughter's birthday was mentioned to the server for a Cannoli Dessert and put a candle in it. The server brought out the Cannoli and said Happy Birthday non chalantly to her and she is turning eight. They removed the spaghetti and meatballs from the bill and gave us 2 cheesecake and 1 cannoli gratis which was a nice gesture. At the end of the day nothing is perfect. Service needs to be greatly improved and a sense of urgency of cooking the food in a timely manner. We maybe a captive audience because we are staying at the hotel but we will definitely not be back and I suggest to others to avoid this restaurant and spend your...
Read moreWe go to Costa often & have never had a bad meal or experience. Service is spot on, & you never feel rushed like in other restaurants. I don't feel that appropriately allowing customers to relax & dine upon arrival & between courses is slow service... it's good service. I love the oven fired margarheta pizza & my partner really likes their NY strip steak. The wine list & bar options are solid & prices are not over the top. The negative reviews are odd to me as honestly, we have been there 6+ times & have not had a negative experience or bad food to date. As a vegetarian, i know the likelihood of getting meal options at a steak house is slim to none, expecting Costa, an Italian restaurant to have "gluten free" options is moronic. Yes, it's an open air vibe, which isn't for everyone but big deal! I make my own experience & good time open air or otherwise. Don't go by the negative comments, some people are just miserable. Try them out, be open to the...
Read moreDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Worst service ever. Took over an hour to make pizza. Asked for the manager and even that took 10 minutes to accomplish. We are then informed that he is the manager for the steakhouse next door as well (yes, 1 manager for 2 restaurants) and actually stated out loud that he is to prioritize the steak house. So, the owners of this place suck to. Then as a lame apology he comps the least expensive items on the bill instead of the whole bill like he should have. The food then came out 2 entrees at a time so no one in our party got to eat together. This all made it so we barely made the comedy show we were going to after and had to sit in the literal last row. And the seafood meal my wife had made her sick. $40 entree literally down the toilet. This place is not even good enough to be a joke and the prices are insane. One seafood plate and 5 drinks was $100!! No wonder it was 1/4 full on a Friday night. Stay away from this dump....
