Bought a few mattresses, and several pillows over the years from them. Bought two more for our RV right after Christmas and my wife informed me I bought the wrong thickness so I attempted to take one back in the unopened package to exchange it when I was back in town (I was keeping the other for myself), and was looking to buy additional pillows while I was there. I was told it was “in my house” and they wouldn’t exchange it. For a $70 pillow?! Made me feel like live in filth. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. So you better buy the correct pillow and not walk out the door with it unless you’re 100% sure...

DON’T BUY A MATTRESS HERE!

My mom bought one here 10 months ago. Within 6 months, there was a body dent in the mattress. (My mom is tiny.)

After putting her off for a month, someone came to look at the “guaranteed” mattress, and told her they’d come back to remove and repair it (not replace). Two months and several calls later, still no repairs.

Don’t waste your money here or believe their claims of a better made product. Mom bought one of their best models for the cushioning, now...
