Well, because I have been blessed with the most "ugly" luck on the planet, the inevitable was bound to happen. Two of my three long term Starter mods totally wiped out out within 2 weeks of their birthdays. Yeah, they were just lil ole "One Piece Starter" devices to some, but to me, they were part of my daily routine. I enjoy(ED) the simplicity and ease of "Starters". No external batteries to contend with or charging stations for external batteries. Therefore, always looked at that as a WIN👍. In 6 years of vaping, I just found them easier while I was on the go. So, in turn, they became both my enjoyable hobby and a harmless "habit". So, anywhoo, I had BEEN hangin on to a simple fine little piece, with 4 spare atomizers full of juice, new coils, & 8 new 120ml bottles of juice. But then the unimaginable happened ....BOOM💥💣 My " lonely life line" decided to take its last hit yesterday afternoon. This fellow vapors, is one of our biggest fears. All supplies on deck, but no ship in working order to sail the seas. A vapor's worste nightmare😳 It was time to seek a new device....NOW! PRONTO! THIS IS AN EXTREME EMERGENCY! YES, my third and final piece had passed on to the after world💩💀👎🚨⚠️ So, being the "spontaneous gotta have my vape NOW gal" I headed to Vapor Haus in Springfield. Ironically, before my final lil gadget took its last hit(and so did I) I called and talked to Alex, the store manager to inqure about Fathers Day Specials. Unbenosteto me, that my mod was going to take her last hoorah. I couldnt help asking myself..."Seriously Jen, did you just jinx yourself🤔 Before I took my last hit, while talking to Alex on the phone, and for curiosity's sake, I asked her about possible device upgrades. She shared her favorites and suggestions. She was extremely courteous and super patient. Therefore, now it was time for the ole' "desperate times call for desperate measures" thang. I was in my car in five and arrived at the store in less than 15 minutes. I am no Big Foot, but yesterday I sure exercised my right on the highway to be one helluva Lead Foot🤪 To sum up my hot mess express day, Alex certainly changed it for the better. She took over at least 1 1/2 hours of her time with me. Her guidance, knowledge, and patience superceeded all my expectations. With all honesty, she needs a huge round of applause and definitely notification of recognition. She was an excellent up-seller. Alex converted a $40.00 sale by 300%. And to top it off, I left the store happy as a lark. With two full starters for back up, and a fancy beast requiring batteries, charger, and 100w of power. I had been used to 80w, but now I feel like I won the jackpot. I have lived in 3 states, worked in countless cities in those states, and have been vaping for a few years. It is few and far between that I not only find a store in close proximity to where I live, let alone that has everything I desire, but also has a staff that is ALWAYS on point. They are so friendly, and knowledgeable. Any question I have they know the answer.
