I don’t know what happened to this store but it literally and figuratively stinks. I’ve been in here over this past holiday season chasing down Funko pops for gifts and I literally couldn’t stand to be in it from the stench. It smells like a toilet

Side note while chasing down pops I found one I wanted for myself, but being the holidays and they had an abundance, I figured I would wait and come back the first of the year for it. So a couple of days ago I returned, and I couldn’t find any of the one I was looking for was when the guy at the desk says they moved them to the clearance section and there was a couple still left. Yay score right!? No! They literally stuck huge clearance stickers right across the front of the funko boxes!!! This is GameStop they should definitely know better than to do this. The guy seemed surprised I no longer wanted...

I will NEVER come back to GameStop again. I have spent a lot of money at this store, only to be notified by their JERK of a manager they no longer hand out new consoles to replace broken ones. I bought my son a PS5 in January/February 2025 and was not informed at the time of purchase that after you buy their overpriced warranty, you’re replacement will be a used one that’s not even worth 100 freaking dollars. I was livid!! The manager at the Springfield store very cocky with an attitude and did not give a crap about my feelings nor that I was given misinformation. Apparently he’s the only one in the store that was aware of this...
