Jahid was absolutely amazing! I had taken my phone to get fixed by another location and was given a pretty crappy screen and was told it'll cost 350-400 more to get a better screen even though it was already replaced. Jahid was very honest about the screen he had in store and offered to take off the screen I had and place the one he had in store just to see the comparison. He told me if I wasn't happy with the screen they offered he would put the old one back on free of charge. The moment I saw the new screen it was as ifI had a new iPhone with the deep coloring, sensitivity contrast and all! Very patient and understanding and did what he could to help me with my phone, plus my screen replacement was half of that with a BETTER screen as good as an original too! Thank you for all of your help, knowledge and patience! Will be returning for any future...

Arrived here full of skepticism for repair places because my local place "ordered the part" and "it has arrived" but they have dodged appointments and ghosted phone, text, and calls for two weeks. Triumphantly enter iFixandRepair and my time has chaanged! The technician was polite and professional. He gave me all the price options, explained the warranties, replaced my screen in the promised time, and was more affordable than the place I had booked. He even made sure I had cases and protectors to prevent another visit. There is a reason that this place is overwhelmingly (in fact COMPLETELY at the time of this review) five star. I called and was quoted a price for my cracked phone screen. Very reasonable! I took my phone in and left it to be repaired. When I came in to pick it up, I was given great news!! My screen wasn't cracked, just the screensaver. Now, he could have never said anything and charged me the agreed price, as I would have never known anything different. But he was very honest!! I purchased a new case and screensaver for the phone and another screensaver and case for my backup phone I use. So if you're looking for a place to get your phone repaired, THIS IS THE PLACE!! FRIENDLY, HONEST AND FAST SERVICE!!! 5 STARS AREN'T ENOUGH!!...
