As soon as we walk through the door it was a bad experience starting with when we started placing our order and asked for three bowls the woman grabbed the containers and smack them down with an attitude she kept scratching her upper body and neck and face with different parts of her arm when it came to the cheese she literally put two teaspoons of cheese on the second bowl and when asked to get a normal amount of cheese she's like we're only allowed to do a pinch at a time and then when told that we would pay for it she scratched her head with her gloved hand and stuck it in the cheese and and spread it over the bowl at that point my brother asked to have his bowl remade and she said what for and he said because you scratched your head with your hand and put it back in the cheese so she threw the ball behind her somewhere hopefully the trash are not the floor but I do mean threw the bowl and started cussing so we said forget this and walked out and went to another location when I tried to call up there is a rerouted me to a call center and then the location we went to next on the South Side of Springfield told us how to get through the phone system to actually talk to the manager and the girl that answered said she was the manager but if she's the manager she is very unprofessional and when told that the woman seemed like she was high the girl told us that we were being inappropriate but she doesn't know that people know all about people being high in some of us actually went to school to be a substance abuse counselor so they were wildly inappropriate and the woman was clearly high on something. Read morePlaced a large company order, before I placed the order, I called to get the preferred method for an order of this size, I was told to place the order online, I clarified with the person on the other end of the phone that this was a very large order, for a company lunch, that I needed by 11:30 the following day, She said I could place the order through the regular portal or I could use the catering portal, So I went online and placed the order, at 12:10pm (that same day) Chipotle called to see why I had not picked up my order, I explained that it was for the next day and I explained that I had called ahead of time and told the associate that I spoke to that it was for the next day and that she said that's fine, they need 24 hrs. notice for an order that large anyway (70 meals) Terrance was the manager that I spoke to when I called the store back and he apologized and said they would have my order ready for the next day. However, when I went to pick my order up, I waited an hour and 15 minutes because the order was not ready. $700. and the company I work for lost an hour and 15 minutes worth of labor due to employees standing around waiting on lunch. Unacceptable! I have called the store a few times to speak to Terrence but have been given the cold shoulder every time. I have left my name & number each time and have yet to hear back. We will not be ordering anymore lunches from this store, the service is less than desirable.

Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by the trash overflowing onto the floor in front of us. Every inch of the floor was filthy. When I tell you that every table was dirty, I mean every. Single. Table was dirty. There were no customers and no cars in the parking lot, so there is absolutely no excuse for the restaurant to look like that. So we walk up to the counter and instead of greeting us, the young girl looked at us and rudely said, "I'm just gonna let you know now, I'm out of steak, carnitas and chicken." THEN we looked at the food. Or what was possibly food at one time. What little bit of food that was in the trays was dried up into a crumb like mix. So we walked out. I don't know why the girls working wasn't embarrassed by how everything looked. Hopefully they were able to get it cleaned up by close so they didn't leave that disgusting mess for the morning crew. I emailed corporate and got a response that seemed like they already knew what was going on at that store. Hopefully they get it straightened out soon. I've never saw a restaurant look that bad. Especially when the food is literally right in front...
