I need someone to explain to me just what happened, like exactly what was the problem, last night (Valentine's Day). We were left sitting there at our table for 90+ minutes and never saw one crumb of food - NOT ONE SPECK. After taking our order, our server NEVER came back to our table once - not even one time - to check on us. We arrived slightly early, so we had even gotten seated just ahead of our 7:30 reservation, but then once it was after 9:00 we simply had to leave and go scare up some dinner elsewhere. And I know for a fact that there were other couples that also eventually just had to give up and leave. This was just the most absolutely unacceptable, worst service I have ever EVER received in ANY eating establishment ANYWHERE. Just completely ruined our Valentine's Day. Unbelievable. I am actually demanding an explanation as to how this could have happened. Somebody here, I don't know who, but somebody "running" this joint should really be ashamed. Even someone just checking in on us ONCE and explaining that you were backed up or running behind might have helped a little here. Or at least just getting the "Starters" out to us. For example, I can't in my wildest dreams imagine how it was impossible to get just three shrimp and a potato cake out to our table within 90 minutes, even if the rest were going to be delayed. At that point, even some complimentary cheese plate or something that didn't even involve being cooked might have been appropriate. Words just escape me for what an utter and complete disaster you have here that you are portraying as a food restaurant. Please stop. Stop trying to take people's money when you simply cannot deliver. Getting ALL my money back on this, one way or another, and would NEVER EVER step foot in there again. I mean, I am not even someone who takes the time to write up reviews like this. I've been places where you say "Well, they were having a bad night." but you just kind of move on with your life. THIS however was a whole new level of NON-service that I have never seen, so in THIS instance, I am taking the time to warn anyone else who might be tempted - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ATTEMPTING TO EAT AT THIS PLACE. It is taking everything in my power not to use any curse words in writing this. Someone in charge please tell me though - what on earth went on last night - how could it have been THAT bad? Just mind-boggling. AVOID,...

I was told that this place had very good onion soup from one of my clients so I decided to place an order when I placed the order the guy I spoke with told to pick it up in 15 minutes I arrived 20 minutes later and to my surprise no one knew of my order no one said anything to me until I start asking questions then gentlemen explained that they did not have it ready and they were getting it ready as soon as possible and I said how long does it typically take he says about 15 minutes I was a little irritated but I waited he pointed out the manager and told She was going to speak with me in which she never did he just came over and told me that the French onion soup was free but it wasn’t about being free with me it was about someone speaking to me and being very compassionate for the inconvenience they brought up on me I get the soup I’m excited to eat it because he was highly recommended and when I opened it up it was HORRRIBLE I said OK maybe I just look this way so I taste it and it taste like it looked it was very thick very jelloish and I said to myself This Hass to be the grossest soup I’ve ever taste immediately make a video and show my friend that recommended it to me and she said that is so wrong you need to call them and see what they can do about it which I did I actually got to the manager and she was a little apologetic and offer me an appetizer when I come back in I don’t feel like that is enough because of all the things I’ve gone through and I had highest dictations for the soup to get treated that way not...

Went thanksgiving day 2021 and holy cow they are so understaffed! One waitress for only 2 tables when I arrived, me being the second table. And then within an hour (at the end of that hour I finally got my toasted ravioli which was mediocre at best), there were 8 tables. And then she was extremely overwhelmed, she did a wonderful job for what she could but I also ordered the French onion soup, hot chicken sandwich with fries, and grilled cheese with fries. The hot chicken was cold as hell and not a bit spicy, aswell as the fries being cooked at least half an hour before serving aswell. My girlfriends grilled cheese was decent, and her fries were hot? And then French onion soup never arrived either. $50 with tip for three items that I could’ve gotten a better meal at the airport. Anyhow, I’m only in town for the holiday but will not be recommending that place to anyone and I’m deeply annoyed with the management not stepping up and coming in to help the single waitress nor did they have anyone else there. And one thing I forgot was that it was a 15 minute wait when I got there…. Like I said there was only one other table when I arrived. Bummed is an...

TLDR; get cocktails. The "Chilean Seabass" is probably cod. I read the reviews of this place, and I wish I'd listened, but we ate here because we were staying in the hotel. The bartenders were friendly and skilled--the cocktails were excellent, yet overpriced. I had a Bulleit Old Fashioned that was $19. I'd do it again, but with a different bourbon next time. For my meal, I ordered the Chilean seabass. I've had it many times, and I know what to expect in terms of texture and taste. Honestly, I think the fish I was served was cod because the texture of the fish was wrong--it was firm like cod, not soft and flaky like Chilean seabass. The entrée was also really oily. I definitely plan to go back to the hotel and have drinks at the bar (with less expensive bourbon), but I don't plan to eat there ever again.

Great atmosphere. Live music was a cool surprise to the evening. The service was good, under the circumstances. They seem busier than they had capacity for. The food, disappointing. For a $51 steak, asking for it medium was a challenge for the kitchen. The 1st one came medium well, so I sent it back. I guess they wanted to be comical, making the 2nd one medium rare. Guess I'll have to finish cooking it at home. My mash potatoes were salty, and the mixed veggies were burned. Guess they didn't want me to have a great meal. The serving staff were nice and apologized for the mistake. Nice gesture indeed.

The service was substandard as it was slow and inattentive. The food was as disappointing as it was very expensive but poorly prepared and bland. The French onion soup's cheese was overdone to the point of being impenetrable. However, the onion base was very good. The yellow fin tuna salad looked magnificent, but it was totally bland. Both the tuna salad and dressing were nearly tasteless. The chips were not soggy but also were not crisp. The coffee was weak, to say the least.
