Miniso — Local services in St. Matthews

I saw a lot of bad reviews about this miniso, and honestly... I don't know if they changed staff, had training or something, but this was my first experience here, and I couldn't disagree more with most of the comments. The employees are not rude, the people who served me were very friendly! especially a brunette girl with glasses and a blonde girl, both were extremely good, it should be noted that English is not my native language, but I speak a little of the language, however, when paying I had a small problem since I did not understand very well the price when they were going to give me the change, I explained to the girl at the register that I didn't speak English and she did her best to explain everything to me

Buyers Beware!!!!!

I bought $40 worth of Harry Potter items for gifts. I accidentally bought Gryffindor socks but I was supposed to get Ravenclaw. I went to exchange the unopened socks with my receipt 3 days after I bought them. In the store when you buy $40 worth of product you get $5 off. So I got $5 off my purchase.

They stated because I got $5 off my entire purchase they couldn’t exchange them because it was a “promotional product” and no “promotional product” can be returned or exchanged.

The socks in question were not a promotional item, the entire purchase of 6 items cost more than $40 so they gave me $5 off.

This is ridiculous. It wasn’t on a sale, it wasn’t part of a Harry Potter promotional, it wasn’t on clearance…..

So basically if you ever spend more than $40 at this store you can never return...

I don't usually leave reviews but the customer service here felt like a good place as any to start. I was a fan of how neatly organized everything was despite the amount of traffic going in and out of the store. When I first stepped through the doors, I didn't think the store would have anything for me, however, they had stuff ranging from cute to anime and even some western things from my childhood like Power Rangers and Powerpuff Girls. One of the workers, a brunette, helped me find gifts for my friends and she seemed pretty enthusiastic to help! I also had to grab a few things for myself as well.
