If I could rate this store a 0 I would. I went in here today planning on spending a lot of money considering my 21st birthday was yesterday and we're celebrating this weekend. As I'm trying clothes on in the dressing room I was HARRASED by the employees of this store! I've worked in retail before so I knew what was happening. I walked in the dressing room with NO bags and nothing but the clothes on my back. As I'm in the dressing room I had a friend with me switching out sizes as the clothes I picked out were too small. As I'm trying on clothes the employees were exchanging words over the walkie talkies about me and what I was exchanging. When I was done I had two outfits I was planning on purchasing and was putting back the items I found were unappealing. When I was walking back to return the items to the shelves I had multiple employees following me around. Finally I realized they thought I was shoplifting and felt that I was treated unfairly, I put all of the items back and decided I didn't need to spend my HARD earned money there. As I was leaving the store the mall security was walking in and they were pointing fingers at me and I was followed out of the store. I spent $110 on cyber Monday. Ones I received everything I had order realized nothing fit everything I had order run too small. Decided to visit the store in St Matthews Mall. I had 2 items that I just wanted a bigger size and exchange the other 2 items for other items. I have worked on retail before, therefore I know how exchanging works. The Sales person named as APTOS & No. Id 9999 returned everything stating that I had returned everything cause I had changed my mind. (NOT TRUE) i told her exactly what had happened, the 2 items that I just wanted a bigger size I end up paying the actual price instead of the price I had paid on Cyber Monday.. I didn't noticed until I arrived home.. Every time I had asked for a pair of heels to get for that exchange they kept telling me no we don't have the size, horrible service, they don't greet you at all, as a sales person you have to greet people when they walk in & leave the store.. Just had a bad experience, they need a lot of training to have better customer skills. I recently visited this store for the first time wanting to purchase an outfit for an upcoming concert. I ended up buying two items, a pair of pants and a top to match. I was iffy about the top because it was loose but figured I might be able to make it work. Fast forward I ended up wearing a different top with my pants to the concert and never wore the top I purchased. I went to take the top back a couple of days later and was told that I may not be able to return it because it looked like it had been worn. The tag was still on the clothing and everything!! I was very offended that the sale lady would accuse me of wearing a top with the tag only to bring it back. I understand that it does happpen but to blatantly accuse me of that was wrong.
