I am appalled by the rudeness and how stuck up the management at the #StmatthewsMall @victoriassecret From the moment I walked in trying to exchange one thing you could tell she didnt want to deal with me. She said it had to be the exact amount and when I said I would pay the difference she rolled her eyes and said how hard is it to get the exact amount like I told you to. Then I asked if I could use my coupon. She just ignored me. So I asked again and then she snapped "no!" At me. Then when she didnt put sale prices on I was forced to remove things from my order which would have left me with. Credit of $5.70 that she outright kept after throwing my bag at me. Then when I'm leaving I simply said "I didn't catch your name" and she rudely replies "what do you need my name for" I say "I just want to know who helped me" and she begrudgingly replies Jess. And that's the thing. I wasnt rude to her at all. I just expected her help and her constant rude comments, her rudeness towards me and her need to act better than me and like I was wasting her time were absolutely abhorrent. When we spend as much as we do at #victoriassecret whether your particular purchase is $6 to 5k dollars we deserve to be treated nicely. We spent over $800 just 2 days prior and I deserved to be treated like a customer who deserved some help and kindness or at the very least respect. And if your managers treat people like this you're going to lose a lot of customers. I know I personally wont ever be returning to that location. Read moreThe experience at Victoria Secret was subpar. The manager Haley represents the definition of passive aggressive. The visit to the store was to receive a price adjustment for several pairs of shorts which went on sale after I purchased them full price. Unfortunately I did not have my paper receipt nor did I receive an email after the initial purchase. However the items were purchased on the Victoria Secret credit card. Obviously, this means there is a record of the purchase time date etc.. Instead of opting to perform due diligence Haley gave several "reasons" why the adjustment couldn't be issued. Long story short ....It can be done. I called customer service while in the store.
