You know, if someone is spending well over 35 bucks for multiple people at your establishment, then asking for a refill on only one of those drinks, it’s a terrible business practice to charge 50 cents to refill something that is basically almost free for you to produce. You saw me pay with card 20 minutes earlier. I come up, ask for a refill after spending money countless times at your place, you say it’s 50 cents, which is weird enough, but after I agree and you fill the cup you then tell me you can’t take card on 50 cents. Uh, then don’t charge? Now you’ve lost a customer that typically are there at least twice a month when I’m at the mall. All because you charge for something that almost no other restaurant does, including most in the food court. Also, you filled up the cup before telling me you couldn’t take card, so now you’ve wasted your 1 cents worth of syrup, along with hundreds of dollars over the year I normally would have spent. Read moreI don't know why it's called Thai Kitchen, it should be called Chinese Kitchen because it has more Chinese food than Thai food and the little Thai Food they have is atrocious. The pad Thai was not good. I don't know what sauce they used to cook this, but taste more like orange chicken sauce then pad Thai.
