Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in St. Matthews

Never in my life have I been so disappointed in any place of work or dining. I walk into this establishment expecting good service and food and was utterly disappointed. As soon as I walk in the first thing I hear is yelling. Not between costumers, but staff. Managers screaming and yelling at teenage workers who can barely get by, seemingly overwhelmed. There seemed to be some sort of rush, some costumers watched in as the counter team members got reprimanded one after the other and others ignored. I still cannot get over the unprofessional discipline this manager was giving his staff. Something seemed to have gone wrong in the kitchen and the manager completely exploded. My husband and I love Chick-fil-A like most people, but this is consistently the worst one we’ve ever been to. I order a chicken wrap on the way to friends house not too long ago and when I got there I unrolled it to find absolutely no chicken in it. Only lettuce and cheese? I don’t even know how that happened. Had it not been so late at night I would’ve gladly gone back to show them and get our money back. In addition to this their fries taste very weird here. I ordered my food through the app and it showed it was ready. Since they were busy I went through the line and informed the employee that my mobile order was ready. She had informed me to wait under the sign, which I Understand. But this location is terrible at calling mobile orders so I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my food. And I work in the mall so I order through the app to not waist break time, by the time I got my food it was cold. If I could rate this place without a star I would.
