I came in today and had an unpleasant experience at first. I wanted a few of your amazingly decorated cupcakes. There was no one at the bakery stand, so I decided to ask the two employees from the deli as it is the neighboring counter . They had no customers as it was later in the evening, they were both unoccupied . I first asked if they knew who was able to help me, they said no "shes on break" I then asked if they knew when someone would return (I could have continued shopping and came back) they said no, they don't know when she left, I then asked if they were able to grab the cupcakes from behind the glass for me. I did not want a decorated cake, I was not asking them to do any personalization, I simply needed a cupcake , that's it. They both replied with "no, I don't work there" . I was completely dismissed without any alternative solution. This was upsetting, but as I walked back to my cart another employee by the name of "Omar" was walking past me and I asked him if he knew who can help me. Without hesitating he said "there's no one here right now, but what did you need" I asked for the cupcakes and he handed them to me in 2 minutes. make sure the prices are right on the register when your buying something in the aisles Today I bought something on sale supposedly but it wasn't the right tag the product that the tag said was on sale was nowhere in the aisle and the product that I bought was tagged in front of a different product, what I bought rang up for less than what the tag was asking but more than the sale tag which listed a product that wasn't even there at about a quarter of the font size of the sale price You can easily read the numbers but you have to stop and focus on what it actually is that it's not what's here and you look around it's nowhere it's not on the shelf in that aisle 1 the sales tag there was no product for the thing that was on sale 2 the right price is in front of different stuff next to it, and there's no price for that thing that the other price is in front of 3 the tag is higher than it rings up for it to register so it says $3 and you go to the register and it's only $2 If it was in the right place they would make a mistake at the register in your favor

I waited in line for about 10 mins, then i load all my things onto the belt and go to pay and the lady asks how im paying (she should have asked before ringing everything) when i say link she said "you can try to pass the card, but my register hasnt been letting ebt transactions go through". So i tried to pass my card twice and it didnt work. She called another lady up to the register and told her that her register hasnt been letting ebt transactions go through all day. Then the lady says ok we are going to take you in customer service. So they walked me to customer service only to have to wait in that line too! I seen the manager and asked why i needed to wait in the line again, if the problem was the register if someone else needed to take me i shouldnt have to rewait in line again. He asked what the problem was and i told him the cashier said that her register hasnt been allowing ebt transactions all day. He said he wasnt told anything about that issue and walked away!
