Forman Mills — Local services in Stickney Township

Very rude and unprofessional employee. I was looking at luggages that were on sale for 50%off. I saw a luggage but noticed that it already had a clearance price, and the other luggage that size did not have the clearance tag. So I ask an employee who was there at the registered folding some clothes, I ask him if that 50% off sale also pertains to this clearance price. He pointed sternly to the sale sign. I try to explain to him my question. As I finished my question, he looks at me , sighs, and looks down and continues to fold clothes. I stood there for a moment, then I told him that he was rude. He yells and tells me he's not rude but the sign is right there(while he points) I ignore him and continue to look at the luggages (still confused on price) . About 3 min or so pass and he yells out at me "hope your got your answer ma'am!!! Wish I would of gotten his name . He woks atvthe burbank location. African American, skinny, tall, with glasses. They sell cheap and poorly made women’s clothing. Sometimes you may get lucky and find a piece of clothing made from cotton. The men’s clothes are are always very nice😌… go figure. The female CEO’s and buyers for the stores, wouldn’t be buried in that mess they purchase for their female customers. We like cotton, linen and silk just like you. If your buyers don’t know how purchase good clothing for the stores, fire them. Really all of the store, TJMack, Marshal’s, The Rave and list goes on, sell cheap and poorly make female clothing….Why?🤔 Maybe the new generations don’t know good clothes and pure leather shoe and hand bags. Some they just except the junk they sell us. Don’t get me wrong, there are some stores that sell beautiful clothes🤑. Today was my first time going to forman mills and it was the worst experience the prices were great everything was 50% so I bought alot of things when I got home I realized they didn't give me all my stuff so I had to go back and they gave so much attitude they were so rude and they were so sure they gave me 2 bags when I only got 1 and actually I had to grab it myself because they didn't hand it to me they kept telling the manager that they handed me 2 bags and they were sure of it. Well I left my info there going to check cameras to see if they gave me my bags which they didn't so I'm expecting them to call within a few days if not I'm going to call them. I will never go to this place again it was horrible customer service employees talk to each other rude also.. I don't recommend anyone...
