Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Stockbridge

My first time in this store. I got a few cute books and some odd ball Christmas items… for a bunch of people. Things from house hold to the garage… teens and tiny little tots too… not to mention the four legged kids! Paint , food, health and beauty for all… shelving, clothes ,shoes , and just so much more…. Well worth just swinging in and checking things out! But make sure you have time. It took me a while to go through the whole place( I was waiting on my puppy to be done at the vets so plenty of time I had to kill 🙃) a huge store… does not look as big on the outside but once you go in. Oh boy. There were pallets all over that people were working and stuff on the floors but no one could keep up with what customers do. CAUTION: THIS STORE WILL HAVE ITEMS ON THE SALE AD "IN STOCK", BUT WILL CHARGE YOU MORE SAYING IT'S NOT THE SAME ITEM. IT'S THE EXACT SAME ITEM IN THE SALE AD. My cashier and next line cashier were rude with an attitude like 'buy it or don't and I don't care now go away'. Would not honor price from sale ad. I drove too far to not buy it, so I had to buy it. If you hate your job that much go find another job that you would enjoy. Life is too short to be unhappy. This location has gotten worse with every visit. I know it's a low budget discount store, but the store is messier with every visit and selection is mediocre at best. I don't buy food items from Ollie's anymore. Every thing I look at is so far out of date, I wouldn't take it if it were free or hungry. No care and no pride in this store. Will try another location with better reviews that describe actual customer...

I love going to the store I love the customer service everybody is so helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find anybody but I understand it's a small store and there's a cut back. I do have a complaint though no buggies no buggies outside no buggies inside. I've been in the store four times and I keep having the same problem. I go back outside and can't find a buggy with Christmas coming that's a bad idea people will buy more if they have a buggy to push around inside the store. I can only take what I can carry to the register after thinking I need to get something else for Christmas.please be sure that there's buggies it's as important as good customer service.
