WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Stockbridge

Horrible.... this was my first time coming here... I came on Christmas eve.. and ordered over the phone... the lady said she wouldn't put the order thru until we came in and paid for it.. (never heard of that in StoCkBridgE... ONLY in the hood!!) I said ok cool I'm outside anyway.. so my bf goes inside to go pay for it and comes back out... I placed the order at 8:48pm... of course it was a lot of people in there so we gave them almost 30mins.. we went inside and still no food.. we like ok in the next 10 to 15mins its should be ready.. NOPE... still wasnt ready.. my bf is getting upset at this point so he goes in one last time at probably 9:30.. he's so angry that I didn't even wanna send him bk in so I go.. and right at 9:38pm I went in and I told them that I'd been waiting on my food for almost an hour ... then she asked my name and then going to tell me that they was just getting his food(my bf) when he walked out... then come to realize they gave me 2 chicken philly's instead of what I ordered(look at receipt).. she rung it up right the cook just was rushing... needles to say I didnt...

Staff is RUDE!! I order 2 combos and I checked Mr oder before I left I told her it was short a wing she thought it was FUNNY! She spoke with the cook and they both were laughing...so I said don't worry about it..The white i was there a customer was upset with their service and she was voicing it...so the employee cursed at her and the started cursing and yell at each ither back and forth!! I was afraid and moved out of the way! Then when I got home, our coleslaw was missing. She told me to come back to get it which would have been a 20 minute drive. So when I was in the area the next week I stop to get the coleslaw and again was met with smirks and eye rolling..she had to call her manager to get the ok to give me the cold slaw. And I place another order she asked me if I wanted the wing that they left out last time!! Why would you even ask.. you would just tell the customer we put a couple extra wings in because we missed one last time, or just simply courtesy!! Good food awful customer service. I WILL...

If there was a lower number i could give i would. I ordered a hamburger mustard, catsup tomato and onion only. I got a cheeseburger mustard and tomato and it was so burned i couldn't eat it. I should have checked it before I left. I called the store and told them about it and they said they had to see it. I asked for the manager and the person on the phone said she was to busy. I called another store where the owner usually is but he was out. It took at least 10 minutes to explain to that manager that I was not complaining about his store and all I wanted to do was leave my number. Of course no one called.
