NOV 2024, Black Friday weekend
Back in Cleveland again and my wife (30 year loyal customer) selected a haul of beautiful and clasic men's clothing. Unfortunately she did not have her credit card but after extensive efforts (including a group call to corporate) Ally Schmitt and Anneleise (the manager) got all settled. My wife promised my top review and here it is (C Suite please commend). This is a shout out to Ally and Anneliese, fantastic staff at a world class retail establishment. Always the best top notch pampered attention. GO!
Jan 2023 Another key update. Swung by to return a few items and only complaint is I had to go separate counter for womens wear and another for boots. Still both were quick and benefitted from catching up with Bryan in shoes. Bryan was the epitome of Dillard's service - smart, witty, and on tip of things. Wanted to file this review so c Suite knows they have a gem. Give him the right recognition as it is staff like Bryan that makes Dillard's its unique place.
Aug 2022 Guess one can only review each place once but a key update. My fiancee lived in Cleveland and loves Dillard's- Elite Member. Unfortunately we live in Virginia (Washington DC suburbs) and no Dillard's (C Suite take notice, come to DC). Whenever IN Ohio, like now, we splurge shop. Yesterday was at family event in Tolefo where we shopped, but spending rest of week in Cleveland. Brought back returns and as from multiple departments and different store was sent to customer service. Had some trepidation but Janae and Debbie (C Suite again take notice and reward) saw me quickly (Debbie had a customer but had Janae come out though I said no rush). Everything handled quickly and efficiently along with good intelligent banter. I know why we love Dillard's, the best around and, as always, top notch service. ThanksJanae and Debbie. Pass it on.
Arrived at Dillard's in Southpark Center at 8;40 p.m. to shop for some men's dress clothing with my partner. Marko Vilimonovic was helpful in producing items when my partner shouted out instructions - such as "navy suit". Prices were great (seasonal sale) and we had a pile of items to buy as the store closed. Despite the late hour, Tim Mullins (clothing manager) stepped in brilliantly to make sure tailoring was done. Unfortunately, the store had turned off the registers (strange way to assist staff going the extra mile by the way!) but I fortunately had to be in the area and Marco and Tim set the items up to customer service for pickup. Besides great prices, the selection and quality were top notch (as usual). What was unique this time (and deserving of a 5++) was the service. Staff went the extra mile. Read moreI went shopping here a couple weeks ago for an interview outfit. I have never really had an issue at Dillards before and I like the clothes although some is overpriced. I am a teenager so I guess it is a little odd to see a girl in a cropped top looking at very sophisticated clothing I suppose? I was holding a few items that I wanted but wasn’t sure about yet because of the prices and my parents were paying for the items so I had to call them. Some lady walked up to me and asked if I wanted a fitting room and I said no thank you. I was very kind about it. I work in retail as a sales associate as well so I understand. She proceeded to insist I get a fitting room but I didn’t want one because once again I wasn’t even sure my parents were going to let me buy the items and I didn’t want to fall in love with an outfit if I can’t buy it. She then screamed across the room to another associate saying something along the lines of “I don’t know what i’m supposed to do they don’t want a fitting room nobody wants a fitting room” in a very rude tone and I was still only a few feet away from her. I ignored it and just kept doing my thing, whatever. I went to another section with similar clothing and another girl came up to me and told me that I shouldn’t be shopping in that section because the clothes aren’t for me. Read moreI had a great experience at Dillard’s today. I walked in the store planning to look for a bra that fit me and would give good support. I was kind of down because it’s been very hard to find a good support bra and employees at other stores are not really helpful or absent. But today I walked in Dillard’s and met Munaza and she was literally awesome. She let me know the correct size bra I should be wearing ( it’s been a while since I’d been sized.) but from her expertise she knew what size I was. She brought me SO many different options that I didn’t think I would have being that I am a size G (which I found out that day lol). She helped me find the Chantelle bra and the fit was amazinggg. It covered me so well there was no spillage on the sides, it gave amazing support, and the bra was actually pretty cute! I never thought after looking so long in stores, the internet, YouTube everywhere that I’d find that great of a support bra. All thanks to Munaza!!! I am so grateful she was there to help me. A good support bra is very important for a woman and can even make or break an outfit. This will literally now be my go to brand for bras. And I plan on going back for more colors.
