If I can give this company a minus five stars I would. I’ve been in this community for over 17 years, in fact I’m also a business owner in the community. I have to say that I’ve never experienced such rudeness or disrespect from any other business in the area. When I walk into the store to ask about a part I was immediately approached with hostility and a disrespectful demeanor. I honestly felt as if I was being profiled. Once I realized that this man didn’t want or would have appreciated my business I kindly said never mind and have a nice day. Recently I needed to purchase a refrigerator. I first checked with Amazon and the price listed went up significantly after I had checked the reviews and decided on which model to purchase. When I found Jewell TV & Appliance, I was quoted over the phone a very good price for the model and a nominal delivery and haul away charge of my old appliance. I was assured the refrigerator would be brought into my home and set up and not left curbside like Amazon. The delivery man Al made sure the refrigerator was working properly before he left. The worst appliance store I have EVER Been in! The owner knows NOTHING about customer service . I needed simple off the shelf window A/C replacement louvers . He wanted me to bring in the air conditioner into the store . Ridiculous. I had pics of the a/c model ,manufacturer and model number. I told him what I needed and could make whatever he had work. He basically threw me out of the store because I did bring the unit in for him to look at. He's a piece of garbage as a business owner.
